上坡平房酒店(Uphill Cottage)

O hotel é muito bom em si, pena que tem muitas escadas para subir, e no calor acaba ficando cansativo, mas o quarto e o atendimento é muito bom.

Well, the place is quite and nice, if monkeys are not jumping on the roof early morning))if you choose upper apartment you will have a small workout coming upstairs)) but nice view there though

Loved staying here! Me and my friend came with 3 large bags in total and were terrified of having to lug them all the way to our room after a long travel day. Not only was there a staff member waiting for us to get off the ferry to carry our luggage to the cottage, but then also carried it all the way up the stairs to our room! Beautiful view and far enough away from the beach to where you won't be bothered by the loud music at night. Cleaned your room every day if you wanted it and thank god it had good AC! They even let us have a late check out and keep our bags in the front during the day before our ferry left. Definitely recommend staying here.

At first I thought it’s a shed ! But it is clean . The safe was not attached to anything so could be stolen !!! But apparently they have cctv 🤷‍♀️. It’s all basic but the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked pretty well . They kindly lent me a hairdryer . The staff are very sweet & kind The linen was clean …they gave me water whenever I asked for it , loo roll etc … The curtains are a different length !😂 and let in the light so I put a towel over the top. monkeys 🙉 in the garden ! There is a tiny pool with 4 loungers … there are steps going up to it but I found them fine ( maybe not if your disabled or elderly)

Safe not screwed down Uninsulated shed , very small room Basic . Air con worked but not brilliant Shower water smells . No fire alarms it’s been removed. Bathroom basic too … Town is full of restaurants, massage shops , clothes shops , trinket shops , diving and boat trip places … can’t swim much at the beach as there are so many boats it’s dangerous ( they have cordoned off areas where you can get in)

Generally is a good location and quite in the night. Close to everything you need in the island. However the cottage need maintenance and it’s very small with bad lighting. It’s a bit of overpriced.

This property gives you the bare necessities, and not much more. The view is excellent, and you have to climb a lot of stairs if you’re staying in the higher up cottages. We really didn’t need much more for our stay in phi phi, and found it affordable when comparable to other accommodations. It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you don’t hear much at night, but bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. Mattress was not very comfortable, but we were happy with our stay for the 2 nights we stayed. Staff were excellent, very helpful, and provided us with beach/pool towels along with bath towels.
