Hotel was very comfortable in a great location with restaurants and Liberty Hall within walking distance. Room was small which is normal in cities but nice and beds were comfortabl. Staff was super helpful at checkin. We ended up valet parking which worked out well although it was an extra expense. But again employee was super helpful. Both the front checkin person and valet employee explained how to take the subway to the Pink concert which worked really well and saved money over parking at the lot. Great experience and would definitely stay there again. Oh and breakfast was good!

Petit hôtel sympathique décoration originale et jolie Petit bémol sur le personnel d'accueil qui est pas super accueillant mais ça va ça passe Qu'une seule table de nuit chambre un peu petite mais encore une fois ça passe Il y avait à disposition des dosettes de café dosettes de camomille etc... et des bouteilles d'eau ça ok mais rien de plus pas de peignoir ni de chausson ni de trucs en plus quoi voilà donc strict minimum mais bien Juste vraiment le seul bémol c'est la chambre un peu trop petite pour deux

The front desk staff was not responsive or helpful during any of our interactions. Bad interactions: 1.) Was told that they did not offer parking and that I would have to figure out where to park. 2.) The bathroom faucet only had hot water running to it, and asked to have someone check it out or come up with another solution and they said there was nothing they could do about it. 3.) We booked a room for 4 adults, and they only provided two towels. They said they did have extra towels and rooms only get two towels. 4.) Our Room temperature was set to 59 degrees, when we called down to the front desk asking for them to come up to unlock the thermostat to change the temperature, they said that the rooms are meant to be that temperature and there was nothing they could do.

Boutique

Its cute for a boutique hotel. This is our third or fourth time here. Staff is pleasant but they look like they are a little tired. Restaurant and bar are nice, but drafty during the winter.

I stayed for over a week and had a very good experience! The rooms are small, but the service is very good (there was always somebody at the front desk to help), and the hotel seems clean. Excellent water pressure and hot water availability, and there are microwaves and mini-fridges in the rooms. The gym has a full set of dumbbells up to 50 lbs as well as a bench and some treadmills. Breakfast is the same every day, but it's better than most hotel breakfasts for sure. Location is also really good - easily walkable to many restaurants and sites, and right across from the Academy of Music and Kimmel Center. I would definitely stay here again.
