StayCozy at The Frankford

the location was fabulous, could walk anywhere in fishtown and there is plenty of dining, shopping, entertainment to enjoy. the apartment is definitely not sound proof and the folks above were noisy until 5 am one night Parking though is the deal breaker. It was unclear until we arrived at 9p to understand there was absolutely no where to park, even a pay garage available. the customer rep was not helpful to problem solve and the app didn't offer any help All of this could have been mitigated if we had known to pre purchase a garage spot or if there was some guidance where street jparking is ok

The property managers were helpful, available, responsive and kind! Highly recommend!

We had a loud party going on above us on the 5th floor that was yelling until 3:00am. It was extremely loud as we tried to go to sleep around 11:00pm. I’m not confrontational so I hoped it would stop since it was getting late. It did not stop, I feel like the later it got the louder the voices raised. At certain points there was yelling and screaming around 2:00am. I think maybe someone was fighting because they were stomping and running. It sounded like they had 10 people upstairs including children. As I write this I’m exhausted from lack of sleep and frustration and headed home miserable.

Great Location- Very comfortable accommodations- Awesome selection of food establishments within walking distance Street parking and paid parking lot near by Overall very satirized for this very easy stay

The elevator didn’t work the 3 days we were there. Our room was on the top floor. Taking luggage and other items up and down stairs all weekend wasn’t a pleasure. Our room was right next to the elevator and what ever was wrong with it was very loud and made our room shake.

The living area, kitchen, laundry, bathroom bedrooms we’re all very nice. The fact that it is so close to the train waking you up at five in the morning on I think should’ve been mentioned but that’s Fishtown. my room one oh one could hear any water running upstairs running through the walls kind of creepy and the day I was there there were building a new sidewalk right outside my window so early mornings were not so good then I was not there until late in the evening, so I can’t really tell you what happens all during the day. I like the place the towns bursting at the sea so I’m sure it’ll be a very successful for your company.
