這個地方需要改造，床很糟糕，床墊有洞，接待人員非常不愉快，說是包含早餐，但沒有早餐服務，只有咖啡，他們收取 5 美元，從早上 6:00 到上午 9:00然後，就沒有了。窗簾和地毯又髒又破，我要求取消trip.com號碼，他們沒有給我，他們透過應用程式告訴我這是什麼，我一直無法溝通，非常沮喪，我想要換到非吸煙區，因為我錯誤地選擇了一個吸煙者，他們要向我額外收費，而且我有哮喘，我告訴他們他們仍然不想換我，我不會再選擇這個地方，很不爽，客房服務員態度很好，

The hotel is NOT clean at all. You can see the towers are dirty and the sheets as well.

I had a stay booked just for 1 night because my daughter had surgery scheduled for the next day. I stupidly failed to read all the reviews because if I had I never would have booked here. Her surgery was canceled at the last minute so I had to cancel our booking. When ******* was trying to contact for a refund for me they wouldn't answer. When I called them, they answered but I spoke to the most rude man. He kept interrupting every time I spoke and never let me finish a sentence. He told me ******* had to handle it. But they couldn't because he wouldn't pick up for them! Finally I got an email today saying they got ahold of the property but they refuse to give a refund. I literally had no control over this happening, it was due to a medical reason and they still refuse to give a refund. Which after reading reviews, seems to be a trend. This place scams people out of their money and then treats them like crap when they call. Absolutely would not recommend to ANYONE.

I have never in my life have stayed in a place like this!! It was my first time in Philadelphia walking in we were met with a drunk couple arguing to the point that police showed up-there were numerous drunk and high people everywhere-the rooms were falling apart the walls the ceilings had black mold and huge water stains-huge cracks and broken walls-ceilings etc. It was so noisy all the time. I was booked for 3 days on my last morning there I had gotten up and gotten ready and was getting my bags together to go out to my car when the cleaning lady knocked extremely loud and said check out is at 11am I said yes I'm heading out now and as she was walking away she yelled out in spanish "hurry up and get the hell out of here!! Goooo Homeeeeeeeee!! I came out of my room like a bat out of hell and told her they were rude and ignorant the room was very expensive for the crap we were in and it was not free neither did she pay anything for the room and she needs to know how she speaks she thought I was not spanish but little that she knows she messed up big time needless to say it was the most horibble experience of my life. NEVER AGAIN

The sheets were dirty. There was hair on the bed. We asked for a pillow and clean blanket. He flat out said no. There were people outside the window ALL night fighting. Literally fighting. Tried to get a refund and leave an hr in but no refund so stuck it out for the night. Didn’t sleep at all. Don’t suggest

staff were very ignorant , canceled my booking without informing me and told me i couldn’t book another room. staff act as if they can’t help or always too busy. only thing reasonable was the price for $160 and i see why

No breakfast to much loud, clean room and sheets there parking near inoportuna and Walmart, dollar tree

They give me a second floor and no elevators a **** smell strong inside the room very dissapointed my check out was a 11 i left at 8 I can deal with the smell of cigarettes all night and all day 😡😡😡😡
