萬麗酒店-費城市區(Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel)

The location of the hotel was perfect. The pool was warm and big enough for my two boys (9&11) to swim. There was no hot tub/sauna which was a downfall for me. They also do not have a microwave on-site that you can usewhich was tough because we wanted to bring our breakfast and eat it in the hotel instead of Going Out. Overall it was great and I would stay there again.

The service was amazing my wife and I stayed at the hotel to do a dinner date at the restaurant across the street. Needless to say the room was amazing the guess service and valet attendants were great. Definitely would recommend if you need a nice place to stay in old city.

Perfect!

Very close, i.e. easy waling distance, to all the historical sites and museums. Great service and food. Really enjoyed having the hotel close to museums so I could take a mid-day nap after walking/standing for 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the afternoon. Only down side is higher cost that I'm used to.

the first night was a disaster, a party involving 6 rooms took up the 14th floor, the person at the front desk LA had us change to the 12th floor at 2 am, we had to move all our stuff. She gave us a better room, some meal vouchers but no discount on the room, it was not a fun night when we had so much planned for the weekend. She was pleasant is the only reason it was not a complete disaster.

Property was very nice and easy to get to restaurants and shopping if needed. The pool was very out of date and the parking was so expensive per night. Overall staff is friendly and room was clean

Parking was a little tricky to figure out and a separate entity that offered no discount. Not complaining just would be good to know for anybody visiting for the first time
