Breathtaking! Unparalleled window view, location, decoration, friendly staff, clean room with whole-set gears! Pool, public areas… all lovely. Cleaning ladies come in 7 days, and you need your own toothbrush and slippers. Recommend!

Robert at the front desk was immediately welcoming and helpful! He went above and beyond to get us settled in quickly after a long day of traveling. The Roost Hotel was one of the best travel decisions I’ve ever made, I wish we could stay in this hotel in every city!! Clean, sleek, modern, with GORGEOUS amenities on site, the pool, coffee areas and rooftop outdoor garden elevated the experience! I’d give it 10 stars if I could! Will definitely book again!

ROOST East Market is an excellent property. The apartment that I booked was a corner unit with amazing views. The unit was well-appointed in a modern, minimalist style with plenty of closets, a huge bathroom, a cool living room that featured those views and a nice bedroom. I was on the 6th floor so there is some street noise but it's relative to the time of day and worth it considering the views and location. The staff was friendly and very helpful! I would definitely stay at this property again.

When you look at the pictures of the property, it looks like it's beautifully decorated, and it is in the room was like extra bear no mirrors anywhere except the bathroom and like one piece of weird Art it was kind of plain I guess. I know the other room was like the laundry room guestroom with a creepy little cotton blanket it still could've been done well affordably. Also The incidentals were 250 even more than the room and I still haven't gotten them back.

The location was great and the staff was super friendly! The amenities provided were fantastic as well - a very nice gym, pool, and social gathering areas. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed provided. My only complaint would be the noise at night, but that is going to happen in any downtown location. Earplugs are the best solution for any light sleeper such as myself. I would recommend this place and would stay here again if I was in the area!

Well equipped with friendly staff The ladies on the desk were very welcoming and helpful. When I requested my maid service (once per week) with a young man at the desk, it was arranged immediately and done by the time I returned from lunch, so very efficient! The pool area is lovely, as is the communal lounge. I had a corner unit & it was great! The only thing is the noise- no bars or clubs but a lot of sirens/people yelling can be heard, so bring earplugs! And the dryer seemed to take an ling time. Other than that it’s well equipped, huge fridge, nice bathroom, comfy bed and lots of storage. Walkable to reading terminal and love park etc. Great base to explore the city
