威斯汀酒店-費城(The Westin Philadelphia)

Rooms are newly renovated with a very modern sleek finish. The beds are super comfortable. The bathroom is gorgeous, a tad bit small but great. Love that the hotel is walking distance to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Parking is a bit tough given the location, however there is a parking garage right next door to the hotel which costs about $54 for 24 hr--in/out pass. Will definitely stay here again.

Disappointed to find out that you pay a $100-$200 premium for a superior room where the only difference from a traditional room is the floor that you stay on and the larger "bed" size. The bathroom was smaller than that of the traditional room which was less in price. The view from the 11th floor was towards another building. Dissatisfying experience, to stay at the Westin where I've stayed before. *Be careful and aware that the traditional room is literally no different and may be even better than the superior room*

I ordered for a king bed with sofa bed, but when the waiter was asked to come in the evening to turn on the night bed service, I was told that our sofa was just a regular sofa instead of a sofa bed. The hotel refused to address the situation. Also, when we requested extra pillows and sheets, the waiter touched (actually rubbed) my pillows with his face and body (clothes) which made me feel sick.
