Stay was nice. Hotel charged me for stay even though Trip.Com also charged me. Weird.

Cuartos demasiado ruidosos, las alfombras huelen a humedad y polvo, los baños no tienen estan diseñados para gente mayor o con problemas de movilidad. Almohadas malisisisisisimas. En el resumen de precio beneficio, yo diria que hay muchisimas opciones a menos de la mitad de precio y que cumplirian con el mismo resultado.

The hotel is located in an excellent area. The building is old which is completely charming. The staff were friendly and they offered many perks… such as wine hour from 5-7pm and free breakfast! All of these were served well and excellent selection. The rooms are interestingly designed and have their own charm. One thing is that some of the bathrooms are a bit dated. Our tv remote didn’t work… they prob need to update a few things like that. The grout was black in the shower and there was a bit of a damp smell in the room, but everything else made up for those things and we only used the room to shower and sleep so we didn’t mind.

We loved the convenience of this hotel to Independence Mall. We only had 24 hours in Philadelphia and wanted to be close to the historical sites in Center City and this hotel was perfect. They were so nice to extend our check out time by an hour when my husband and son wanted to rest after a busy morning of sightseeing. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great in the Red Owl Tavern.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous tourist location, quiet, comfortable. However, 3 nights and a maid never stepped foot in our room, although we called and asked at the front desk to have our room cleaned, and the maid saw us leave the room and take the sign off of our door. At check out we were told that it was all our fault because we used our Do Not Disturb sign on our door for one hour the first morning. The only apology we got was 'sorry, BUT you had the Do Not Disturb sign on your door once.' When we called each evening when we returned to the room they quickly brought towels and emptied the trash, but this is a very nice hotel and I expect my room to be cleaned every day. Other than that lack of service and the contemptuous defensiveness of the front desk staff, it's a wonderful hotel.

I lucked out and had a room with a view of the Liberty Bell, Independice Park, Constitution Museum. The hotel was superbly decorated and very comfortable. I was in complete awe of the decor and how everything pulled together. I liked that the hotel was in walking distance of historical sites and museums as well as Old City which had so much to offer. The hotel is one block over from the train station which was convenient when we returned from our event. There were a few drawbacks. Our room had a sink that wasn’t draining and the faucet was leaking causing a small mess in the bathroom when washing hands and basic hygiene routine. The room’s temperature went from one super to super hot. It took a minute to figure out the sweet spot. Lastly, the hotel store super pricey; $6 for a bottle of sparkling water. I could have walked the few block to 711. Overall I enjoyed my stay and plan to return for another trip to Philly. I’m glad I chose this hotel

Can’t beat the location for a quick trip to Philly, and we liked the quirky decor. Minor issue: The valet couldn’t park our car as we had a roof box, but they pointed us to an outdoor lot nearby that was probably less expensive anyway.

Great location literally across the street from the Liberty Bell and other historical sites. The staff was friendly. The room was nicely decorated and clean. Some things in the room need upgrading I think, but overall great property!

I never got to stay at this hotel. I booked through *******. I was one date off of our arrival. ******* never alerted me about my stay. The only text, even though I marked text alert, I only got a text asking me to do this check in survey. Upon which I called both hotel and ******* to say that I’m not in the state and will be the next day. No one not ******* nor the hotel can change the date and honor my stay stating that I have passed the check in time. It was back and forth with hotel and ******* for 90 mins. In the end we have no place to stay and out the amount of $235. On top of this ******* supervisor wouldn’t speak to me. Expensive lesson for me.

Staying to get our daughter settled into U Penn law school. Traveling with our four well trained Shih-tzus. This hotel chain is pet friendly for sure. We were welcomed by all staff. Definitely will stay here again.

The Hotel Monaco was unfortunately a letdown for us. We stayed the weekend to see the Chinese Lantern Festival and take in the sights and stayed due to the walkability which wasn't super important to us when making the decision but you've got to give credit where it's due, the location is good. And the staff was also nice at check-in. Our room had dirty, wet towels underneath the sink and the mirror surface of the bed was cracked and broken. The day we arrived a political rally was being held across the street and the hotel did not notify us until the day of our arrival which had us sitting in traffic for some time so that felt poorly handled overall. All in all, it was a pretty disappointing stay, if I had known it was going to be like this, I likely would've booked another place at a comparable price.

The property is at excellent access point, great location and it is awesome hotel. However the service was not greatest, in the stay of 3 days. The house keeping didn't change the towels in the washroom, in contrary took the other towels as well, and when asked at the reception for new towels, they took more than couple of hours to fulfill the request. I feel this kinda small incident, leaves a bad impression. Overall that hotel is pretty amazing.

I stay at Kimptom propertiee often. We had a suite for this stay and it was awful. The rooms need an update. The pullout bed for my kids was griss, mattress dirty. AC in bedroom wasnt working snd it was very hot. The whole room just looked old and felt dirty. Kids didnt want to sleep on the bed. We checked out.

Location was superb, room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. Great view of the Liberty Bell. Friendly staff - let us check in 3 hours early. Breakfast at the Red Owl Tavern was perfect. Overall, a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for! Can't wait to go back.
