Smoke detector went off at 3:00AM - ceilings were high so we couldn’t reach it. It continued to chirp all night. We reached out to Sonder and was told it would be taken care of by nightfall. We got back to a chirping smoke detector. I reach out again and was texting with them for a half hour - Finally had to balance on a kitchen stool to reach it and disengage it ourselves. The maintenance guy arrived the next morning - he was very kind but explained when you request help it’s going through the Philippines. The Apartment itself was nice and clean - location was pretty good.

Like a concept of remodeling old buildings to rental lofts. A/C unit was faulty for almost two days of my four nights stay. The room temperature was 80F. Have to contact customer service twice to get it fix. Could not use open windows because a Pizza restaurant is in a same building on a first floor. My unit windows face to the restaurant back side where exhaust fan from the restaurant kitchen down below blows all “kitchen aroma” to your window and it was noisy if you leave window open. Overall it’s a satisfying stay for a business trip in Philly. Recommend to look for parking on nearby streets. Most of them are free for overnight parking. Garage parking is available in walking distance, but prices are high and fluctuating depend on current events in the city and too high($50 per night on peak days)

We liked having an apartment as opposed to a hotel room. Clean and comfy. Wish there were more than 2 chairs, there were 3 of us. Took 24 hrs to get a roku remote (only complaint and a minor issue).

It was beautiful i loved the brick walls and the view from the terrace was super pretty definitely have to catch a sunrise i got some pretty awesome pictures:) also loved that to me and my husband we enjoyed the walk to the capital and the scenery only took us 20 minutes if not less to walk there and explore would definitely book again!

Clean apartment and well equipped. Close to metro, bus station and supermarket Feels safe.

The loft was located in a nice area, close to downtown, places to eat and public transportation. When we had an issue there were multiple ways to contact someone to fix the problem, like the internet not working and the smoke detector. The loft itself, the walls need to be wiped down, and a number of power outlets didn’t work properly or not at all. We loved that the loft had washer and dryer!! That was a PLUS! All in all, the loft served it purpose and made our stay in Philly enjoyable.

My overall stay was nice. The water pressure in the room wasn’t ideal tho

Pro: Very clean and convenient. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer. TV is equipped with chromecast for casting shows from mobile devices (no tv channels or cable available on the tv though). It’s located close to subway stations and grocery stores. Two stations away from the City Hall subway stop and about 15-20 min walk from center city. We didn’t venture out late at night, but it feels safe to walk to center city during daytime and early evening. Con: WiFi was extremely slow in our apartment unit. The apartment is right by a busy street, so there is constant traffic outside. On Saturday, there are loud music and continuous traffic until 2-3am. So please be aware if you are sensitive to noises. Ear plugs are provided in the apartment unit.

The unit itself was good—clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The neighborhood and the building looked sketchy. We found convenient, free parking. There was one tv in the living room which we could not get to work. You must use a mirroring app to stream content from your phone/laptop. We reached out for assistance and some one responded, but we didn’t bother because we were only staying one night. We were looking forward to watching tv. It was spacious for a family of four.
