Sosuite: the sogreat and the soso Great hotel. Great location. Did not like thsy by default they do not makeup the room. You have to pay for this. Beautiful building, however, and it was in walking distance of a CVS with a wawa right down stairs. Not to mention old city.

Very exceptional Our family stay for one night was absolutely great! The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful especially when we couldnt get the tv to work he came to our room and got it all right for us! Also the same gentleman (i forget his name unfortunately) he made sure he returned my boyfriends wallet that was found outside that had fallen out of his pocket! Our room was very cozy clean and great! We will definitely be staying again on our next family trip!!

Great view Nice and clean place. The only issue was the street can be s bit noisy, earplugs provided by the place.

Booked a last minute overnight reservation at the Ledger for my family and myself. The check in procedure was quite a pain. The portal was quite finicky, but once it worked check in was pretty simple. We also paid extra for valet parking (unlimited in and out privileges). You do have to given them about 20 minutes to get the vehicle. Location of the Ledger is amazing. Lots of shops, eateries, and sights are in walking distance. We were on the 10th level so street noise wasn't an issue. You can hear unit doors closing but all was pretty quiet after 10 PM. A very clean space. We had a 2 bdrm. Just be aware the bedrooms did not have windows. Your booking is an actual apartment. There is a full kitchen - Standard fridge with icemaker, microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig. Glasses, flatware, cooking utensils and equipment are clean and wells stocked. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. We could easily have stayed very comfortably for the week. Towels are provided.

Worst reservation. Overbooked even after I booked 6 months in advanced and confirmed reservation with their validation portal 3 days before arrival. They offered us the Onyx SoSuites as alternative and moved us and another couple. No offer to nearby hotels so our itinerary for next 3 days around Independance Hall was now a uber ride away, and the Onyx alternative was absolute let down. Never will book SoSuites again. As compensation for downgrade to lessor facilities and location they offered us late checkout to 1pm. I explained we were out not lingering around at the Onyx so they then offered a automatic $50 refund. Our friends traveled from Melbourne Australia and we traveled from California. What a letdown experience, and to be notified of no availability of room at the lobby. Truely a bait-and-switch operation. Don’t use SoSuites for wantabe AirBnB stays. You will be disappointed.

I planned to stay here for a month while completing an audition rotation for medical school. At first it seemed fine overall — great location and generally clean — though the fridge leaked, the water pressure was terrible, and the valet was often rude and unresponsive. I noticed some bug bites on my arms and legs after I first arrived but didn’t think much of it due to my busy schedule. Then, three weeks into my stay, I watched a live bed bug crawl across my pillow. When I thoroughly inspected the bed, I found shed exoskeletons in the upholstered frame, and I am now covered in bed bug bites. My cat also developed diarrhea while here, and I even found bed bugs in his stool. I immediately informed the host and sent photos of multiple bed bugs and bites all over my body. He responded with “We hope you had a wonderful stay!” and said he would only refund me for the unused nights. Because I couldn’t check into a new hotel until 3 p.m., the host forced me to pay for the night I had to flee, and then immediately relisted the unit without addressing the infestation. I reported this to Airbnb, who so far has offered me only 30% of one night back despite me paying nearly $4,500 for this reservation. Notably, the rug shown in this listing’s photos was missing during my stay, suggesting the host may have known about this infestation and chosen to ignore it. The upholstered bed is likely infested, and as long as it remains, this unit is unsafe to stay in. I am absolutely appalled. Do not stay here.
