Lux fishtown stay Everything was perfect. The beds were super comfortable. We had extra pillows. There were bathrobes to use. We even did laundry with the machine in the apartment. All finishes were high end and the drawer dw and refrigerator were extra special. We had everything we could need. Loved it!!! My husband is in love with the Aesos soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

It snowed in Philadelphia overnight from 12/13-12/14 and stopped in the morning. The Archway didn't salt or shovel the snow at any point on 12/14 and as of 12/15 still has not (photos attached). My 7 month pregnant wife slipped on their sidewalk and hurt her back. Luckily nothing happened to the baby but considering taking action regardless. Terrible business practice for the neighborhood. Only way around is to walk in the street.

Staff were very responsive and helpful. Amazing stay and space was so spacious.

I gave this place 4 out of 5 because of its location on the third floor of our otherwise perfect apartment. Though I was aware of this at booking, I didn’t anticipate it being such an issue with hauling our luggage up and down the three flights. Other than that, everything about this apartment was perfect. We used every amenity, from the kitchen to the washer/dryer. They really thought of everything, including bathrobes and Theragun massagers to use after a long day of exploring Philly. Its Fishtown location was exactly right for us. The building is on a lively street with many restaurants and bars within a short walk. Street parking was a bit of a challenge but we were always able to find a spot. I would return to the Archway only I have less luggage or am able to book a place on a lower floor.

10/10 stay we loved it! Communication to all parties would be my only suggestion

Excellent Place - Highly recommended! Excellent place. Modern look, high-end kitchen, spacious and super clean. Conveniently located in Fishtown. Highly recommended!
