We usually love Divi, but our stay this year did not meet the usual quality. We paid for a suite with a kitchen, and expected to be able to keep our perishables in the fridge, but the fridge did not work on arrival, and it took 3 days for the resort to send someone - during which time our groceries were in the heat. There was also a big ant problem in our room, especially the kitchen. Upon our arrival, we found a dead bug on the pillow. The wifi was also completely down for 3 days of our stay. That being said, the beach and the grounds are beautiful, and we absolutely loved the snorkeling. The room was spacious and we had two bathrooms, however the second bathroom didn't have a single towel rack or anywhere to leave your towels, which was quite inconvenient. Our friends got their car stolen and windows smashed right from the resort parking lot, so be extra aware of where you leave your car.

We loved this resort! The food was amazing! The resort is located on a peninsula so we could watch the cruise ships dock and head out to sea at night, from our balcony. There was plenty to do at the resort with snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and tours. Fort Amsterdam is also located on the property so you can walk up there to watch the sunset. We had such an amazing time and can’t wait to come back!

I and my wife liked beach, view from our beachfront room, easily available beach chairs and umbrellas. Not so good: WiFi slow and not reliable, limited choice of food in restaurants, water pressure in shower could be better.

Loved the tranquil friendly vibe but mostly that we could swim and swim in calm Little Bay. Talk about an "infinity pool" and even hike up the hill in back to the old fort and spectacular views. We had a kitchenette so never ate in the restaurants. We will return to this magical place.

Our rooms were right on the beach, It was very relaxing hearing the waves crashing throughout the night.

Our room was wonderful! The beach had great snorkeling by the rocks under our room. Lovely beach and friendly people. We shouldn’t have done all inclusive. Not enough open places and many times without food/drinks unavailable. Nothing to even drink in our room(soda/water) which was a long walk. Great beach! Great location. Wonderful front desk and service people. No nightlife. Need to go elsewhere. The snorkel tour and island tour were both excellent. I didn’t like having to sign for every food and drink. We couldn’t take our left over dinner to our room for something to eat later at night. No food or drink in or near our room. Signing receipts for each food/drunk item made it take so long… also the reason we do all inclusive is so we don’t have to see or think of costs. You had to check the bill closely because things we didn’t order were added (top shelf shots). And the only nightlife bar, Mixology, wasn’t even a place we were allowed drinks. I would stay here again. We liked the hotel. I just wouldn’t do the all inclusive package. I would buy food to keep in our suite and go to all the great restaurants around the island.
