Great value for $23 per night. Huge room and nice and clean with a good bed. If the prices were higher I would choose other hotels that have pools etc.

地點：位於市中心，去哪裡都方便。 裡面外國人非常多非常歡樂，這裡員工都會說英文，溝通不成問題。房間太簡單

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

酒店的服裝很好，有禮又服務周到。 就是房間略暗，衛生就還可以。 酒店樓下就是**，可以放鬆一下🤭🤭去碰碰運氣。 酒店樓下還有免稅店，購物都好方便… 免稅店的人員還懂普通話，並且說出來好搞笑🤣🤣

Very good service! Hotel is new, all rooms are clean and all is new inside. It looks like a sokid 4* hotel at a very good price. I highly recommend it.

優點： 1.位置優越，貼臨主幹道，距離中央市場非常近，買水果很方便。 2.餐食很好，早餐熱食較多，符合中國飲食習慣。如煮品粉面、炒飯炒麪、油條豆漿、煎蛋培根。雙面煎基本是全熟的。無糖酸奶很醇厚。時令水果新鮮。沙拉能選千島、芝麻、原味三種醬。西點有可頌、巧克力夾心可頌等。 3.中文服務，前台可以説中文。 4.屋內設施齊全，電動窗簾、冰箱、保險櫃。電梯也是刷卡樓層制。 缺點： 1.洗衣房和健身房是樓頂加建的，沒有電梯。 2.洗衣房沒有乾衣機，常住還是有不便。

前台24小時服務，房間乾淨寬敞，床單被套手感很好很舒服。雖然沒有熱水，但金邊每天都有三十幾度，從外面回來馬上沖涼就不會覺得水很涼。 酒店地點蠻好，旁邊就是OLD MARKET和NIGHT MARKET，到河邊和塔山寺也走路幾分鐘，王宮、博物館、中心市場也都很近。 總之，是性價比很高的酒店😆

酒店各方面都非常出色 不愧是五星奢華品牌 重點表揚一下前台Lydie 我在退房去機場前急需一種葯品 Lydie得知後及時在網絡上購買 並跟催客服將葯品在我出發前半小時送到 讓我可以安心出行 內心倍感温暖 非常感謝Lydie的幫助！

真的很棒。超級喜歡無邊際泳池。一遍游泳一遍看夕陽，整個金邊盡收眼底。 房間裏可以做飯，下次還要再來。不僅有度假feel, 更重要有溫馨感。哈哈。 工作人員都超級nice， 很貼心。check in 的時候有welcome drink， 還給我們準備了小點心。 健身房的設備也很齊全、還配備了瑜伽墊，剛好和閨蜜在無邊際泳池做了個日出瑜伽。 酒店離市區也很近，坐車大概10分鐘，在房間裏可以俯瞰整個湄公河全景、簡直不要太爽了。

離金邊機場不算很遠，嘟嘟車大概十多分鐘就到，位置在一個小巷子還要拐彎，司機差點以為走錯了。 房間大小適中，還有個陽台，衞生情況不錯。如果寫字桌大一點，再有個冰箱就更好了。 訂房時沒有早餐選項，一樓門外有個中餐廳，趕時間沒吃。 入住要20美元按金，退房後退還。
