Very good Hotel.

總體來説價位還可以，房間裏面的設計還是比較合理的，可惜沒有喝水的杯子，沒有贈送的咖啡和茶包，希望酒店可以改善

値段が安く、WiFi途切れる事なく、窓あり、シャワーも問題無く、大変コスパの良いホテルです。 ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで笑顔が良く、気持ち良く過ごせました。

日本のホテルで働いています。 ここは立地の悪い以外はアパホテルの感覚で泊まれます。 特に特出することはありませんでした。 安く個人の部屋が欲しいならおすすめです。

호치민 가기 위해 금호삼코버스를 타기위해 하루 정도 머물렀습니다 그냥 방자체는 무난하지만 골목길에 바로옆에 이상한 중국학교같은게 있어서 저녁에 노래부르고 그러더군요 그래도 호치민가는 버스터미널이랑 가까우니 그거하나 좋습니다

Чистая комната, соответствует фото. Чистое постельное белье без запаха. Одеяло в зацепочках, но чистое. В номере есть чайник и телевизор, туалетные принадлежности нет холодильника, фена и мыла. Исправный кондиционер, плотные шторы. Очень удобная подушка в виде валика. Горячая вода была всегда. Работает лифт. Отель находится на маленькой но достаточно шумной улице, окна простые, поэтому вы будете слышать много уличных звуков. Если вы спите чутко, возьмите беруши. На 7 этаже Wi-Fi был прерывистым. Я бы не стала использовать его для работы. Для короткой остановки на 1-2 дня за эти деньги - прекрасно. В отеле висит выгодное предложение для тех, кто хочет остаться на неделю или месяц. Персонал замечательный.

Basic, comfortable and clean! Excellent price and fabulous basic room to feel value for money. I like the location to the markets as well as going for an early morning run at the stadium. A fan in the room would have been great instead of using AC as well as water to top up water bottles but these are just nice ideas and didn't affect my stay here. A couple of vegetarian restaurants in the area as well :)

The cost, quality of the room and location was a massive bonus. The service from William at the front desk needs extra mentioning because he went above and beyond to service me and give comfort when I needed to wait for my late night bus trip to Siem Reap. There are many reasons I would stay again, e.g price and location, however Williams service is the definite reason I would stay again.

The room was clean, AC was cold, and it's in a good area. No issues here. Good value for the price

I lived in Phnom Penh for almost a year in 2021 and go back every six months or so. This is my second stay at Empire House and I mentioned to them that the interior and ambiance is much improved since June 2023. They said the new owner is constantly upgrading. I was pleasantly greeted when checking in and also noticed that there seemed to be more staff, in general, tending to things around the hotel during my stay. Security, comfort and the cleanliness of the room are all important to me. There was a guard at night and a hotel clerk downstairs 24/7. Staff was kind and attentive. My room was large, bright and clean. The bed was comfortable and I felt safe. I am impressed with the combination of quality and price - a little over $16/night. And this includes a/c and a TV. I gotta say, for a big city like Phnom Penh, this place is a great find. I’d have expected to pay more. Thank you for offering a nice hotel at a great rate. I enjoyed my stay and will choose Empire House again.
