My room was a good size and was light, airy and quiet There was large walk in shower with sufficient hot water for a five minute shower. The king sized bed had a comfortable mattress and crisp, cotton sheets. The air conditioning was effective. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the room’s balcony. The hotel has a small, well maintained rooftop pool. Options for breakfast varied. If there was a large group visiting a buffet was provided included fruit, pastries and a range of oriental food; the quality of that was poor. On my second morning the restaurant offered a menu service and the quality of the food was much better. All public area were well maintained; unfortunately my room was not refreshed during my two night stay. Wi-Fi was good here. The hotel is centrally located for tourists.

Beautiful little hotel in unique Khmer style. The public rooms on the ground floor are very nice and the rooftop pool is a wonderful place to relax with a number of atttactive seating areas. Our room had no balcony but the furnishing was very attractive , the bathroom huge and the air con very effective. A great base for our stay in Phnomh Penh. However do avoid the restaurant. We had a deeply unpleasant lunch of reheated chewy spring rolls, and breakfast is a complete shambles.

Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff, good location for tourist sites. Roof top pool great place to relax. Styling of rooms full of character. Easy to find your way home due to the lush greenery hanging from all the balconies!

Gem of a find! Quaint, clean warming and inviting ! Additional bonus, the pool and restaurant that serves Delicious foods. I had a large room, walk out balcony and big bathroom. Decor is more of traditional older style Khmer but I loved every thing about what seemed to me a family run boutique hotel. All at reasonable cost. Will stay again on my next visit to Phnom Penh.

We ate at the restaurant (did not stay at Guesthouse). Head waiter was arrogant and rude, he made us wait ages for a table, even though place was half empty and then rushed us through food, which was not cheap by local standards. Food nothing special. Staff could then not accept credit card, so after 10 minutes of them trying to process, we were forced to pay by cash. Dreadful customer service, don’t waste time or money at this restaurant, much better options available. Ian & Kylie

La recepción fue espectacular. Nos trajeron una toallitas y unos cocos para refrescarnos. Pero ahi terminó el buen hacer.la habitación, aunque no muy grande,es bonita y tiene un balcón.Pero en los 3 días q estuvimos, todos los días tuvimos que pedirles que nos hicieran la habitación varias veces. Los dos primeros, lo conseguimos que lo hicieran bien Entrada la tarde,pero el último día a las 21:00 no la habían hecho,y desistimos. La piscina es pequeña ,se encuentra en el 14 piso,y corre bastante brisa,por lo que es agradable. Pero está dejada. Ni uno de los 3 días vimos a nadie del servicio, se supone que cuenta con un bar/restaurante,pero no había nadie allí. El primer día había 3 hamacas. El segundo las hamacas estaban apiladas, y había un plástico enorme y pistolas de pintura. También había manchas de pintura por el suelo. Pusimos nosotros las hamacas. Supusimos que la noche anterior habría habido algún tipo de paintball,o similar. Al día siguiente, tanto el plástico,como la basura con las pistolas y las pinturas,y el suelo manchado, todo seguía igual. En conjunto,un hotel muy bonito con muy mala administración.

我們在 Khmer surin 賓館住了三天，愉快的經歷，周圍的工作人員非常好，樂於助人和專業，位置也很好。房間非常好，當我回到柬埔寨時，高棉蘇林賓館將是首選之一。

This review relates to restaurant (as this TripAdvisor entry seems to include accommodation and food)- can’t comment on former. But so many things to comment on the restaurant- and we expected great things based on a recommendation from son (admittedly from 9 years ago) and the very professional website. - staff seemed disinterested and disorganised - all things considered, the place is expensive for Cambodia ($4 fries, $3 Singa) - I asked for a Singa, it was duly plonked in front of me without a glass - misses ordered a mojito which took an age to arrive - she asked the desk-guy for an update and was brought a opened Singa (also without a glass) - she explained the situation at which he jammed lid on bottle and put it back in fridge! - despite clearly requesting sides with main course, they arrived early, went cold and had to be replaced - when arrived, food was very bland - gets worse! For reasons unclear a home-office has been installed at the welcome point of the restaurant. We had the misfortune of being sat next to this watching the guy (who we thought was manager) working through paperwork throughout our time at restaurant. During this time he got up and spat in the bin behind him - not nice in full view of clients - we asked for bill to find VAT (and a service charge on top of this!) added to menu price - other than US I have not seen a tax added to menu prices and, as this was the final-straw, ask to see manager (who we expected to be guy at desk). - but it turned out to be one of the waiters ( who was a very nice / quiet chap - who maybe had little control over the place) - he apologised, said they had a big group upstairs (not our problem we explained) - but took 50% off the bill. Whilst this was a good gesture I would have been happy to pay 100% if the place lived up to expectations

This review is for the restaurant. What a disappointing introduction to Khmer food. While the facade is inviting and suggests that an authentic dining experience awaits, the food was quite bland and the seafood did not seem fresh. The service was poor. The staff seemed totally disinterested and there was a negative/weird vibe.
