I requested shuttle pick up and driver refused to pick me up . I interacted with the other holiday inn driver that stopped to pick their people but this hotel's driver left me stranded for an hour and refused to pick me up. The desk person promised to reimburse me for the ride and didn't follow through with that either. However, breakfast was good.

We chose the property to have an early morning shuttle to the airport. I called ahead to ask about how it worked and was told to give my time at checkin. Upon arrival we were told that yes there is a shuttle but it is fully booked. Same story for the person ahead of us. They dismissed the idea of running extra shuttles. No, they did not offer the option of booking a seat when I called. The room is clean and fine for an airport hotel. But terrible customer service and a significant additional cost to have to make other arrangements.

空港シャトルバスサービスもあり、大変便利でした。部屋はそれほど大きくはありませんでしたが、綺麗な部屋でした。朝食のパンケーキを子どもは喜んで食べていました。作りたては美味しかったです。 一つ残念だったのは、売店でアルコール類（ビール）が取り扱われておらず、隣のホテルのバーに買いに行かないといけないことでした。

Upon checking in our room was not clean. Bed had been slept in, dirty towels in bathroom and door broken off air conditioner. Girl at front desk was extremely kind and got us another room immediately and let us pick snack from the front! Second room was clean! But 85 degrees.

Muy agradable nuestra estancia . Hotel limpio, tranquilo y seguro, buen desayuno. Lo que no es de mi agrado es que retengan tanto tiempo los depósitos.

The front desk attendant said our room number out loud at check in, audibly, for the other group in the lobby to hear. VERY UNSAFE, especially for a single mom traveler :(

Convenient to PHX. Good shuttle service. Excellent front desk and shuttle drivers. Better than average breakfast. Tub didn't drain. Otherwise, a great place.

Overnight stay after long flight. Devilishly hard to find the hotel late at night. I wouldn't call it a Phoenix airport hotel! NOT nextdoor to the hotel!

It may have been my imagination but I felt small insects crawling on my legs. No bites. Loud group of people outside kept me awake past midnight.
