I liked the location to the airport. It was an old property that had very misleading photos. There were a lot of.... lets just say folks outside the front entrance smoking ****. The smell was overpowering. The check-in clerk was MIA when I arrived and I had to wait 15 min before she got back. There were burn marks on the bathroom vanity in our "non-smoking" room. The shower head was poor.... etc....etc....

The rooms were in terrible shape. Faucets falling off the counter vanity area. Faucet Handles with missing pieces. Water squirting all over in every direction when trying to wash hands or brush teeth. Sheets seemed clean though, thank goodness. Air was broken in our room and moved to another room.

We reserved two rooms each with double beds and they were only able to give one with doubles and one with king. It was a little awkward bc it was a trip with unrelated friends.

Nothing special about the day. It did the job for an overnight stay before heading to the airport, but would not want to stay here more than 1 night. Seemed a little dirty and rundown to me.

Stay was pretty good except when it was time to check out, Kane the associate was unable to give me a receipt for room 118 . This was very alarming and I have yet to receive one.

I understand that good help is hard to find these days but Extended Stay America Suites Phoenix Airport should be looking for someone who isn't on a power trip and confrontational when a guest has a problem

The hotel amenities were misrepresented in that the “sitting area” was only 1 chair with no end table, the
kitchen had no utensils, dishes or cookware and the king bed had no light or end table in 1 side.
