亞利桑那水療度假大酒店(Arizona Grand Resort)

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. My children and I enjoyed the on-site water park. The rooms were lovely and clean. We plan to make this our go to place to rent. I wish check in was earlier than 6pm but other than that everything was good.

Property layout is confusing Check in experience was great but the overall service standards for a resort was definitely below satisfactory. The water collections were nice but I think I may choose a different resort in the future

Although the property seems nice, there seemed to be allot of maintenance. All the young kids working there are very arrogant, especially at the water park. And every thing costs. $70 for dinner, park fees, room fees, room service fees $33 for 3 drinks and 2 candy bars. Only 1 swirly slide. Honestly we were disappointed after what we paid.

This resort is very clean as is the water park. The staff is very friendly and responsive and the rooms are lovely. Two small pluses for me: Easy to use remote control and only one remote per TV and easy to use thermometer for the A/C. This may seem trite, but nothing sets my teeth on edge like impossible TV/remote controls and messing with temperature control.

The bed and pillows were great. The grounds are beautiful and the pools/Oasis were great for the kids. I think the Oasis food is very over priced and just ok. As for our room, we were near the stairs. Luckily it was 10am before someone dragged their bags down them. Our toilet flapper needed to be replaced but we didn’t realize it till later in the stay. The toilet ran off and on all night. The batteries in one of the remotes was dead so it made me nervous with kids touching a swivel TV to change the channel. The curtains were very hard to operate. Squeaky, stiff and one was missing the pull stick.

This is my third time staying here and although the staff took care of the room change for me. The first room I was put in had stuff left over from the last guest that wasn’t clean which kinda just icked me out. The second room was better however there was a lot of broken facilities like the charging port and the tv remote barely responded. It’s great for a weekend get away just needs need to be better cleaned and needs renovated

The room was dirty and not wiped down properly soap rings around soap dishes the sheets on the pull out bed were not changed and overall room was not what we expected the area around the propert had little to no dining besides Burger King or jack in the box and the food at the property consisted of chicken fingers and French fries for 20$ with no seasoning on the fries everything was very overpriced for what it was just because it’s on property and convenient overall facilities were dirty dirty lounge chairs by the pools people peeing in the pools bathrooms at the oasis were disgusting and just an overall bad experience for what we paid for hopefully you guys read this and make some changes
