Nice new clean hotel, comfy bed. Short walk to cafes restaurants. Staff were great. I’d stay here again!

We loved the location being 3 blocks from the baseball stadium and across the street from the basketball arena. 4-5 blocks from GREAT restaurants. While we didn’t use public transportation, it was right there as well. Plenty of storage in the room, and enjoyed having a mini kitchen. Breakfast provided was decent and loved having the bar open in the evenings.

Overpriced by a mile at $340/night plus taxes. Breakfast had no hot vegan or vegetarian options on 3 of the 4 days I was there. A/c control was broken in my room and so could not be controlled on Auto - when it got warm in the room you turned the A/c on, when it got cold, you turned it off! Gym was good and staff were friendly. Location a bit odd - fair walk (4-5 blocks) to nearest restaurant or coffee shop.

Stayed for five days and four nights. Not once did housekeeping clean even though we were told it would happen every other day (and we were gone from early morning to late afternoon for three of those days, so it wasn’t like we turned down the services). The AC was leaking water and it made it so I had to walk across wet carpet or crawl across the bed in order to get to where I slept. One of two elevators was down. Overall, kind of disappointing for the amount paid. The only real perk was that the valet staff were very kind.

Terrible parking set up. You have to pay for valet that only fits a very limited amount of vehicles. We paid the full amount for the service, left and came back to be notified that valet was “full” causing us to park a few streets away & paying a separate parking fee for that lot.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Room was nice and quiet, even though it’s right across from the Footprint Center. Shower head pressure was good which is usually a hang up for me. Staff was amazing and super nice. My only negative, but a big one, was the parking situation. We picked this hotel as we were attending a concert and it was one of few in the area that had Parking Available listed. They had a valet service which filled up before we arrived due to the event and the parking lot behind was being used for the concert. Signs showed it was $30 to park, but the attendants were trying to charge us $50 since we were hotel guests. We ended up having to park 2 blocks away and walk to the hotel amongst a few homeless folks. Because of this, probably won’t stay here again. It’s a shame as the place is brand new and clean and the staff was amazing, but their hands were tied with the situation.

Perfect clean hotel and within walking distance to Chase Field. Would definitely recommend if going to a Diamondbacks game. Staff was very friendly and hopeful. Would most definitely stay there again.

We were visiting to see the Cardinals play the Diamondbacks. The hotel is located just up the street from Chase Field, so very convenient. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. Don’t miss the waffles at the morning breakfast!

Located in downtown, walkable to restaurants, shopping, sports facilities, etc. Very clean and quiet. I didn’t realize it was valet parking only, no parking lot and very limited street parking. Would definitely stay here again.
