普基約民宿的評價

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, charming and authentic place! The owners are incredibly warm-hearted and friendly. Couldn't recommend more!

I had a great stay at Pukyo - David was so welcoming when I arrived and we enjoyed a great Indian meal together in the evening, and the breakfast was great. His wife’s tour of the Plain of Jars was also amazing, very informative and it was lovely to experience rural Laos and the unique jars and UNESCO site. A great 24 hours in this part of Laos, thanks to David and family.

Pukyo is a 5-room B&B run by David who is a very friendly and helpful host. We got a room on the ground floor which was excellent for my husband who does not walk well let alone climb stairs. It was a big family room with a king-sized double bed and 2 singles. There is an ensuite bathroom with a very good hot-water heater. The bathroom floor gets wet and slippery after the shower but there is an anti-slip mat and Daivd knows about the problem which he is going to fix this summer. The aircon is very powerful and there's also a wall fan as an option. There's also a small TV but we did not use it. The B&B is about 4 min from the airport and less than 10 from town. David will take you to town for dinner in his comfortable van and wait for you. He very kindly bought dinner back for us the 2nd night as my husband was too tired to go out. There's a fridge stocked with beers and drinks and a water dispenser in the living area. We had wonderful chats with David who is a great font of knowledge and felt like we were staying with a friend rather than a commercial lodging. There are mosquitoes in the evening but David sells lemongrass -scented repellent for 11,000LAK - very effective also for outdoor tours. David has a outdoor seating area at the back and it's a very peaceful and pleasant place for breakfast or a beer at sundown. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with David.

David is the most helpful host in Laos. He drove us to dinner ti a great local restaurant. He helped with great tips for travels in Laos and made enquires on our behalf. This made SUCH a difference. New is a great guide with very good English. The room was large and comfortable.
