However, we would like to clarify a few details so that other guests can better understand the situation.You booked a room intended for two guests, but upon arrival, there were four people in your party. According to our hotel policies and safety regulations, any additional guests must be properly registered, and if the number exceeds the room capacity, an extra room must be booked. These rules are in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and are not based on anyone’s nationality.Our staff did their best to communicate with you and offer a reasonable solution. We regret that there was a misunderstanding during the conversation, but we must also maintain the basic operating standards of the hotel.We have also taken note of your comments regarding our restaurant and room quality, and we will review them seriously to continue improving our services.Finally, we warmly welcome guests from all over the world and are committed to providing fair and friendly service to everyone.
