雖然我沒怎麼在這個酒店待，但是酒店的服務依然可圈可點，餐飲沒吃不評價了，衛生方面非常不錯，每天回來都整理的乾乾淨淨，房間裏設施齊全甚至防蚊液都有很適合度假。退房的時候沒有多餘廢話，解除信用卡預授權也是此行中最快的，下回去普吉這個酒店會是我的酒店～

An absolutely gorgeous property. . We are nature lovers, so it was a delightful place to be in. . The villas are beautifully done. They are huge with lovely interiors, beautiful bathrooms with the outdoor bath shower. The pool, the gazebo - 😍😍 Loved the spa, the restaurants, the service, the location! Turtle village is a 1 minute walk & is such a cute place with shopping, restaurants, coffee places etc. . Would recommend Anantara Mai Khao to all!

The room is very clean, the staff take good care of me, I really like this place, it's quiet, I can definitely get a good rest.I came with my family, it made a very good time for my family.If there is a chance, I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel. Out family of 4 spent the holidays in Phuket along with friends (family of 5). Kids ranged from 7-13. We arrived and were able to check into our room early (bonus!). We sent about half of our time exploring Phuket and the other half with low key days around the resort and pool. Here are some notable aspects of the resort that I didn't seem to see looking at reviews before we arrived: 1) The pool is open 9-6p. The pool definitely got crowded by 10 each day but as long as you got chairs by 9, you were good. If chairs were abandoned for more than 45 minutes, they were cleaned up and another guest could use them. Marn and his team offered excellent service and were constantly circling around to top of glasses with ice water and take food or drink orders. 12:30-2:30 ish there were free popsicles for the kids every day which was a fun surprise. 2) The main pool is huge and about 6 ft deep through most of it, once you leave the kids splash area. This is great if you have strong swimmers but be aware if you have younger kids who are not strong swimmers. Also entry in and out of the pool is odd. There are very few sets of stairs so you kind of have to just hop in from the side into the deep. 3) Food onsite is pretty standard hotel food fare, and you can expect to pay accordingly. Siam deli onsite was a great option to grab coffee and a pastry in the morning. There are lots of places to eat local food offsite or to order delivery. You'll find the prices are greatly reduced. We really enjoyed food delivered from Kin Dee Restaurant (their papaya salad was out of this world). Sereh at the Concierge desk was fantastic and helped us place any take out order we needed. We ate at Baan Ar-Jor two nights of our trip and it DID NOT disappoint. 4) Turtle mart is walking distance (less than 10 minutes) and has simple grocery supplies (cereal, granola, chips, fruit, eggs, milk etc). They also have ice cream bars and cups for $1-2 if your kids want a tasty snack. On our first day there we also received a list of food items we could order for delivery to our room. We didn't use but the prices were about the same as what we paid at Turtle Mart. 5) Our room was serviced every day which is an exception given our other MVC property experiences. We had fresh bottles of water each day which was awesome. The rooms themselves were beautiful. I loved the hard wood throughout. 6) The beach offered free activities daily (boogie boarding, paddle boarding, kayaking). The beach itself was pristine. You can walk for miles in either direction. 7) Activities onsite included fire shows, kids outdoor actvities, movies, etc. Everything we participated in was very well done. Around 2/3 each afternoon, freshly popped popcorn was available and it was sweet and delicious. 8) The fitness center was well maintained with hot/cold plunging in each locker room. We used daily. Most mornings around 6/7a it was easy to find a machine. Definitely got busier as the morning

房間衞生條件還是挺不錯的，然後出門就是海邊沙灘。但是這邊的吃的不是很好吃，我家小孩有點拉肚子，老二拉肚子，老大沒什麼問題。但是這個酒店還是很適合帶娃的。他的kids Club很不錯。基本上每天都在Kids clubs裏。聖誕節這邊也去玩很多活動很有氛圍，也有小青蛙扮演。

本次泰國旅行差點訂了這間酒店，後來因為位置離市區有些距離就改了其他酒店。 在機場打車的時候被推薦到這個酒店的vacation club，說是如果之後選擇去參加一次酒店的介紹，可以接送免費+3000泰幣的購物卷+兩位成人看演出的票。 機場工作人員很熱情，優惠不少，而且考慮到孩子也可以多玩一間酒店，我們同意在離開泰國最後2天的時候選擇一天去參觀酒店。 這間酒店離着機場不遠，最後還是選擇合適最後一天去機場前去酒店參觀，這樣就不看錶演了。 來自中國的同胞做的介紹，整個過程聊的比較愉快，了解下來基本上是分時度假的概念，相對可能更加靈活一些，但是對於我們這些孩子有固定假期的家庭並不合適，綜合考慮之後我們拒絕了酒店的推薦。 過程當中參觀了Villa，非常寬敞漂亮，小孩的泳池有點小但是也不錯，還有電影和小童俱樂部之類的設施。

This was a really great hotel for the price. Some of our friends stayed in the bungalows and those were really nice but I don’t know that we needed that amenity. We were only staying for two nights. I think we would’ve considered a larger room, if we were staying for a longer period of time because they came with their private pool. Our rooms were comfortable and although the bathrooms are outside, somehow it works. The service was really good and as I said for a short stay, it was perfect. The restaurant, and the buffet was not very good, it was average. In hindsight, I think we would’ve eaten out the night with chose to stay at the hotel and have dinner.

很好，整體氛圍很chill，適合來這裏度假和躺沙灘的。酒店早飯和幾個餐廳都不錯，幾乎每天都在吃sandbox，晚上還有温柔的小哥哥駐唱，彈吉他。 但是如果想每天去景點的不推薦啦，去了一天lobster，到查龍碼頭半個多小時，還是有點久的。 沙灘日落超級美～ 上幾張圖 就是我們定的基礎房型、給安排了一樓，多多少少有點黴味，不知道其它樓層怎麼樣。

到了普吉機場後就去了這裏,因爲他們宣傳的就是露營場。這是一個美麗的大綠草覆蓋的露營場,有池塘。設施很新,很乾淨。普吉是個貴島,在這裏露營才250泰銖。老闆們都是可愛的人,他們會幫助你做所有的事情。有一場大風暴來了,他們告訴我把我的帳篷搬到公共客廳裏,哦,接下來的幾個小時裏下雨了,所以我非常開心。我打開自行車後,發現箱子上有個大洞,原來我的前輪墊圈不見了。房子的主人非常友善,用一根直徑正確的管道爲我做了一個新的間隔器,如果沒有它,我的旅行不可能開始!2周後我回來時,他們記得他們再次非常熱情!她給我的平房只有900泰銖,包括早餐。平房很新,很大,有冰箱、水壺、空調、風扇、電視、書桌等。非常值得我最後的泰銖:-)她甚至提出以300泰銖的價格帶我和我的自行車去機場,這比出租車公司要求的價格的一半還少。我絕對會推薦這個地方。

就是一農家旅館 環境還不錯 房間是一棟棟板材房 沒有熱水澡（泰國通病常温水 人民幣上千的沒住過）接待人員不行 估計不會英語也不太懂網絡預訂的東西 最搞的是 check out 時 盡然問我通過什麼方式付款的 在泰國住這麼多次酒店 竟然把我搞不會了 後來搞清楚原來問我在什麼平台訂的房 我説trip點com 人家就是不知道 學了點知識點原來要念dot 還是攜程不如agoda知名 不然也能猜出呀 弄得不愉快 找了個藉口碩東西落在房間了 要來鑰匙又把原先放在牀頭櫃的tip拿回來了 住半個多月一次消費沒少過
