Although we did not fully meet your expectations, we are pleased to hear that you were still satisfied with your overall stay. Thank you also for highlighting the cleanliness of our room and swimming pool as well as our daily cleaning service and complimentary beach and swimming pool towels. While we are happy to know these services that made your stay comfortable, we sincerely apologize on the aspects that caused inconvenience to you particularly in the room that you stayed in. With regards to the mattress, we can put toppers on it if it is either too soft or hard. We hope you had informed us about it during your stay so that we were able to assist you. As for the air conditioner, our maintenance team are currently checking it and will take the necessary actions to rectify. Regarding the soundproofing, our hotel management are now looking into ways to improve the insulation of our rooms.
