Stayed here for 3 nights back in February. Clean room. AC worked great, fast wifi, small patio for drying off your clothes. Had a tiny pool but the water was freezing cold so I didn't use it much. Location isn't the best. About a 15 minute walk to the beach, Jungceylon Mall, and Bangla Road. However, you are close to the OTOP bar complex and a few other day/night markets.

Excellent stay. Super friendly hosts. Nice pool. Fresh towels every single day. Beach / pool towels offered too. Very well equipped room with a kitchen, stovetop, pots, fridge, microwave, and kettle. Highly recommended.

Good communication throughout with Chris and his son. Always there to help. Had a problem with the WiFi in the room, mentioned to Chris and he got it sorted straight away.

Excellent location for shops, dining and easy walk to beach. Chris and Noi are excellent owners, so helpful in directions and where the best places to eat. really clean rooms and premises too. Daily room servicing too. We loved our stay and hopefully we can get back this way again to stay here. Thanks for a great holiday
