So disappointed right from the start. My husband and I traveled from Vancouver Canada for a one week stay in Phuket. We asked for room change right away as we had view of dining room - they moved us to Sea view on second floor - very nice and private! Cleaning staff and servers were hard working - place is very clean. Not too many people here this week - we do enjoy the quiet vibe. Strange beautiful upstairs bar was never open - not once. We would sit there alone sometimes…they should have someone at the bar or maybe light entertainment in evenings. They seem to dissuade drinking. Being on holidays we should not have to beg for a glass of wine. We were surprised and upset to learn only One restaurant would be open for our full 7 days at this hotel! Really? And seriously there are no nearby restaurants - people had apps to get some delivery. Restaurant has One menu of which 1/2 is Thai food - well made but limited other options and no way to ask for anything special. Breakfast was the best part of the food…always lots of choices and omelette station was a relief. But the 3 CD’s of music blasted out of that dining room all day and evening is crazy - it was like a repeat of madness. Ed Sheeran over and over - Twilight Zone for sure. The one pool up and running well was beautiful and all pool umbrellas and chairs are awesome! They other pool was being worked on and partly opened not too many people on that side of the resort. Tide goes goes down often leaving mud bay but beautiful when up and they supply some kayaks/boards for use. Super long way from all tours except Port and Old town - no fancy beaches on this side but definitely quiet!! Head to the 7-Eleven three doors down - it was our lifesaver! We bought a few beer and some wine at great prices (limited to purchase only 11 am - 2 and 5-8:00pm due to laws (this is weird too) but we did buy some snacks and noodles & chips as they have fridges in hotel but are empty with no snacks to purchase. We took several excursions ( Old Town and the Phe Phe boat tour) and had taxi drive us to some beaches and arranged for them to pick us up - a bit pricey for cabs but this hotel is a long way from everything. Just know that drinks and wine are minimal and several times ran out of white wine? So disappointed in the details we wont be back - be sure to do your research. We counted on our travel agent - big mistake. Thailand is a beautiful place - people and weather are amazin!

A truly beautiful resort located away from the busy tourist areas, rooms are lovely and recommend the pool access room with spa bath. Staff are wonderful and extremely helpful, rooms cleaned and made up daily. Restaurant food and service is excellent! Located on street within walking distance to mini marts, pharmacies, small local restaurants and food stalls, laundry service, dentist. Located within an area of local people who are very friendly, no hassling like you get in Patong, a much more local experience that is very relaxing! The property is beautiful with plenty of outdoor lawned areas to spend time with the array of birds and animals that roam free. The pool and outdoor area is beautiful. Plenty of parking also available at property. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing holiday without the hassle.
