滿心期待已久的普吉島蜜月之旅,1/6 Check in, Senior reception Rita and 行李員-Baw極為熱忱詳細解說,並協助拍照/引導進Room. 也許是近Kuta beach,房內地板有黏之感覺,尤其在廁所: 電視下方大桌子似乎沒擦,留了上次房客的污漬. Resort公共空間維護良好with fresh air, but inside room isn't valued with its price. Breakfast above average, however my leg was hurt by chair corner, resort was lack of mediacl bond. 令人難以接受的事: 因腳受傷耽誤退房時間,竟然被Jan.8上午班的行李員闖入房間,強行拖拉行李至Lobby,完全無四星級渡假村應有之待客態度! 一月上旬房價為淡季二倍,很不值得.

沒想到酒店的風格居然想三亞的鳥巢度假村，以外的驚喜，房間帶前後陽台，前觀鬱鬱葱葱的山景後看漂亮的泳池，接駁車服務也方便快捷，以我當時的入住價格真的是物有所值。

機場附近人比較少，但酒店真心性價比高，很大的房間，帶陽台，乾淨整潔，安靜，一樓搭配一個超大泳池，走路幾分鐘到海灘，打的5分鐘到機場，門口就有換外匯的，真是找不出什麼毛病。超讚！

酒店不錯,離海灘近,夜市和著名的班格拉路街,附近有許多交易員,走路時總是可以找到一個有利的價格。還有一些超市和普通的水果店。抵押可以留在當地貨幣和美元,歐元和盧布(5000盧布。)員工在repepshne不是很社交,俄語不說,只有英文。吃了個房間+早餐,早餐一日都是一樣的,但總有蛋和水果,給的很大的加。如果熱氣,不想去海灘,有個可愛的游泳池。房間拿的很簡單,但很舒服。,茶,有保險箱。每天清洗,洗地板。只有一次我們沒有給水。總體來說,一切都好。

Resort is 40-50 mins drive from the Phuket airport. Not really near any beaches (30 min drive to the closest one) or town (20 min drive). Restaurants available around the lagoon area. Local road side restaurants on the main road. Boat arcade supermarket 5 mins walk from the resort front desk. Nice swimming pool, with kids playing area, and pool valleyball net available. Polite staffs. Good coffee at lighthouse cafe. Initially, we have booked a premier delux room with lagoon view. We arrived the resort entrance saying ”this looks nice”. But we checked in and realised we were not staying at the hotel wing. We were led to the marina/ lagoon side, which looked a lot like a retirement village. The room was large, nice view looking at the yachts. But the room was so neglected, and definitely needed some cleaning and re-furnishing done. Long story short, we had a long drive, we stayed the first night, and we would get a room change the next morning. Obviously, we didn't get a good night sleep. We approached the front desk, complaint about that room and wanted a room change. This was the first time I ever complaint about hotel room. Initially,the staffs wanted us the price difference, in the end offering a room at hotel wing, facing the pool with no extra cost. We checked out the room condition before accepting it. The difference was heaven and hell . Just want to thank front desk staffs for making room change available. This made the end of our trip on a high note. Just want to mention, although pool regulations said that no lifeguard on duty. But if pool attendant/staff sees young kids wander into pool without adult, staffs should intervene. One morning during breakfast hours, 3 kids walked into the pool , the oldest kid maybe only 7 yr old. The played at the kids area for 15-20 min unattended. The mother popped up from one of the rooms on 1st floor. The son decided jumped into deeper water. Lucky he didn't submerge straight away and managed to yell at his mother for help. Mother saved own son. Nobody would have noticed the kid was drowning if mom wasn't there.

CA酒店和度假勝地是一個比較大的設施,提供各種可以期待的服務,包括研討會室、游泳池、複製早餐、非常合適的房間。不過,酒店的酒店缺乏力,只是一個基本標準。接待是專業的,舒適的、寬的房間,有陽台和周圍的景色。酒店遠離旅遊活動,更適合擁有車輛的代表或個人。

前台入住時説幫我安排個安靜的房間，一層面對花園的房間確實很安靜、也不潮濕。酒店的早餐種類恰恰好，每種餐食質量都很好，感覺到了用心之處。而且我第二天出發時間早，還幫我打包了早餐。驚喜的是第一天一早到餐廳，服務員一聲“Happy Birthday”, 看到了他們的用心之處，很暖心。更驚喜是，晚上回到酒店，一進屋，就看到了給我開的生日床，特別開心😃謝謝你們的走心的服務！每晚不到600人民幣的價格，比起後來住的每晚1000多的Beyond Kata必陽德，這裏真的服務更好，更超值！

如果要逛夜市，酒店位置不錯，走路過去10分鐘，到鎮中心門口可以等雙條車三號線，一定要在酒店門口這邊等，對面的方向不對，感覺往碼頭去了。房間乾淨衞生，感覺是才重新裝修，但空調老舊，不知道為什麼沒換，但也夠用。早晨7點30才有人上班，如果早晨要退房退500按金時需要注意。服務很好，還幫定了去機場的車。

前台服務員態度熱情温和。 房間乾淨衞生，衹是可能剛裝修沒幾個月房間有點氣味。附近有711便利店及小吃店，步行去市中心也不遠。

Если смотреть отель по низу рынка в сезон- это конечно отличный вариант, просто замечательный.уборка, чистота, всп отлично, убираются каждый день и каждый день меняют постельное белье, есть один большой МИНУС. Очень плохой wi fi, очень неудобная система подключения, каждый раз при выходе из отела куда то, по приезжу нужно проходить верификацию заново, кажлый раз логин и пароль, в ванной комнате интернет не ловит вообще, очень медленный вай фай, слабый, короче с интернетом так себе, но спасибо, что он есть:) Еще один минус, нам попалась прямоугольная, вытянутая комната с одним маленьким окном, на котором установлена решетка с широкими гранями, стекла на окне затонированы и все это в целом делает доступ солнечного света почти невозможным, почти как в темнице, все время включен искусственный свет, зато спать можно до отвала) Внизу можно налить кипяток и холодную воду из куллера, есть микроволновка, небольшой холодильник с напитками и кофе по 10 бат, продают лапшу.
