Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Pianottoli-Caldarello, in a quiet position, traffic calmed area, 300 m from the sea, direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, garden (not fenced). In the house: air conditioning. Motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Pianottuli è Caldareddu-Casa Cum" 4.8 km, sandy beach "Plage de Chevano" 300 m. Sports harbour 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 28 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Randonnées de Bruzzi 100 m, Plage de Rocapina 20 km, Bonifacio 22 km, Porto-Vecchio 32 km, Propriano 49 km, Golf de Spérone 28 km. Please note: car recommended. "Villa Bruzzi", 3-room house 72 m2. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (NESPRESSO) extra). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large terrace 50 m2, roofed, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
