El apartamento es una preciosidad, preparado con muchísimo gusto. Como problema, solo había aire acondicionado en el salón, pero para mi fue suficiente. Desayuno muy bueno, no dejéis de probar la ensalada de pimientos y los yogures. Muy recomendable

5 Punkte? Das Hotel verdient 10, 100 und noch mehr wenn es möglich wäre. Es verfügt über großzügige Apartments mit Balkon und Kochnische mit Kaffeemaschine. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Alternativ kann man auch das abwechslungsreiche und reichhaltige Frühstücksbüfett im Frühstücksraum genießen. Im Restaurant (mit Terrasse) konnten wir hervorragend essen und trinken. Die Betten und auch die Schlafcouch sind mit je mit Leintuch, 2 Kissen und Bettdecke ausgestattet. Egal, ob man im Bett oder auf der Schlafcouch übernachtet, man schläft hervorragend und wacht richtig erholt auf. Die ganze Unterkunft ist einwandfrei sauber, so etwas habe ich noch nie woanders erlebt. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Der Aufzug ist ein bisschen unglücklich gebaut. Die Aufzugstüren befinden sich zwischen den Stockwerken. Das heißt, dass man vom Aufzug ein paar Stufen hoch oder runter laufen muss, um auf das jeweilige Stockwerk zu kommen. Wir selber haben keine Hilfe mit dem Gepäck gebraucht, ich bin aber sicher, dass das Personal bei Bedarf sofort helfen würde. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist einwandfrei, erstaunlich günstig für das, was den Gästen angeboten wird. Das Hotel empfehle ich zu 100% weiter. Sollte ich mal wieder in der Gegend sein, wird es für mich keine andere Unterkunft geben. Vielen lieben Dank an alle Hotelangestellte, die uns den Aufenthalt zu einem einmalig schönen, unvergessenen Erlebnis gemacht haben.

Everything was exceptional — from the warm, professional staff to the thoughtfully designed and functional apartments, and the delicious food. We’ll absolutely be returning! An unforgettable experience that went above and beyond our expectations.

Pros: Relatively new modern apartment complex acting as a hotel. It is somewhat luxurious. The apartments are one bedroom size with an eat-in kitchen and a sitting area/office as well as bath. The bed was extremely comfortable. Sheets and comforter were luxurious and relatively new. Breakfast was adequate. Value was good. Challenges: The hotel was built trying to save money most likely as it is the first hotel where the elevator does not land on your floor but on the half floor in-between. So, we were on the 4th floor, choose 4 in the elevator but arrived at 4.5 and had to walk down a flight of stairs. This was a stupid decision when designing the building. It was a challenge with luggage. it would be worse if I was toting a large family or if I was a physically handicapped or elderly person. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Would I recommend it to others? Maybe. I would warn them about the elevator situation.

Everything was absolutely outstanding! From the friendly and well-trained staff to the design and functionality of the apartments, and the delicious food — we will definitely be back! A truly memorable experience that exceeded all our expectations.

The Hotel is situated in the Center of Piatra Neamtz ( a beautiful town surrounded by hills ,all green,very clean and full of flowers) . We had a one bedroom apartment, that is very spacious and had a great view over the town. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need . The personnel is very attentive and willing to help . The breakfast is good with fresh products . The floor in the shower is slippery and quite dangerous ,especially for elderly persons . In conclusion we had a good stay and we will come back again .

Stayed again at Atlas - a longer stay this time. Everything excellent - big apartment , comfortably arranged, supportive and friendly staff, strong and reliable Wi-Fi, sufficient parking, nice breakfast - all this in the heart of the city. Definitely recommend !

Lovely Place to stay feels like home to me as I am staying there on regular basis whenever I am traveling to Piatra Neamt.I did try a few other places in the City but none compares to this one , rooms are nice and clean , staff is friendly and positive so a well deserved five star from me.

It was fantastic and this is a very good choice for everyone when visiting Piatra Neamt. The stay was so lovely and I will definitely come back. We had an excellent service and staff, the appartement was clean and stylish for a family. Chapeau bas!

We stayed in a great apartment (Deluxe Suite) and this was the only good thing. My family wanted to eat something at dinner and form the restaurant menu many stuffs were missing....and when my kid wanted a lemonade from natural lemon (of course) he was brought some sort of chemical drink, that have only the "yellow" part in common with a lemon! At check out I had to pay extra for my kid because the reservation was seen only for the adults even I explicitly reserved adults + child and this reservation was confirmed by phone by hotel stuff immediately after reservation (5th November 2024)! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Delightful hotel, beautiful spacious rooms, and the restaurant served the best meal we have had in Romaia. I feel a grinch not giving it 5 stars, but there is no air con, and the room was terribly hot, making sleep very difficult. Super breakfast, and cheerful, helpful staff.

Excelent hotel right in the middle of town, modern and clean rooms, fantastic breakfast and very friendly hotel staff. We couldn’t ask for more. Secure parking on site free of charge, both outside and underground. This was our second stay here and will happily come back.

It was our second time staying at Atlas Apartments. This time for 8 days, for us it is a perfect place to stay. It was great to see familiar faces from our previous visit. The hotel is still very well maintained and show no sign wear and tear. We are looking forward to using the spa when we visit again next year.
