The best choice we could have made! From the welcoming festive decorations to the wonderfully kept, spotless rooms, to the kindness of the host, our experience was enjoyable and relaxing. Drew lit a fire when we returned from dinner and provided lots of information on the area. The attention given to ensuring that our stay was relaxing and enjoyable was very appreciated.

We had a lovely visit. We booked through an online service and had a few complications with check in information but the owners were available and it was a simple check in - very easy-to-do with great follow up right then and there. Very clean, very nice accommodations. We loved our stay. The Keurig coffee maker was a challenge to work in the dark without my glasses, but we did get our coffee. That spot with the coffee pot could use a light to read the instructions. Thanks for a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Inn. Within walking distance of everything in the town of Washington, VA and Drew was tremendously helpful in recommending restaurants and hikes. Breakfast was lovely and fueled our day of exploring. Would definitely recommend this B&B and plan to return soon.

Great overnight stay in the Shenandoah Suite. Comfortable, spacious room with a king bed, sofa, multiple chairs, and a dine-in kitchenette with a table and chairs. Drew was a welcoming, friendly host - there when we needed him, but not overbearing in any way. Delicious breakfast with homemade granola, yogurt, and fruit, followed by a slice of delicious quiche alongside roasted cherry tomatoes and a light salad.

Room was clean, well stocked, quiet, and comfortable. Host was friendly, engaging, and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Had a great time, enhanced by the stay at *** Street Inn. Would recommend stay for any couple wanting a quiet and romantic getaway.

Just a lovely inn. Our room was charming, with a beautiful renovated bathroom. The innkeeper (Drew) is very kind. He is easy to talk to but also leaves you to enjoy yourselves. Beautiful garden. I enjoyed having my coffee in listening to the birds. They offer a lovely breakfast using products from well known local purveyors. This was everything we could want in a stay at an inn.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here under the current management, and as before, the experience was excellent. The place is convenient to the Inn at Little Washington, where we had dinner reservations, and to several small galleries in town. The room was well appointed and comfortable. We were served a delicious breakfast. And most of all, one of the owners, Drew, spent time answering our questions and providing us with some tips for places to stop on our way home.

Our time at *** Street Inn was our favorite during our overnight stay in Washington, VA. The place is bursting with character, feeling historic while also having modern updates and being incredibly clean. Before your arrival, you will receive an email providing you with instructions about how to enter the Inn and your room (digital codes), which makes arrival and the rest of your stay seamless (no need to keep track of a key as you go about your travels). There is also plenty of street parking available right in front of the Inn. The grounds are well-maintained and tranquil. Around the garden and lawn, there are pairs of seats set up to allow guests plenty of space to sit and relax while also having a private space. Inside, the library offers cozy seating to unwind or relax in the morning with a cup of coffee. Our room itself was lovely and comfortable. Upon arrival, it felt cool inside, and we were incredibly impressed by how clean everything was. The bed was firm and supportive, providing a restful night of sleep. The bathroom was clean and stocked with soaps and fluffy towels. The rooms at the Inn put hotel rooms at many large chains to shame. We opted for the celebration package with came with a bottle of champagne, chocolates, welcome drinks, and breakfast in the morning. The wine was very good, and it was a great way to unwind after a long day exploring the area. One of our highlights was actually breakfast. We anticipated there being a couple of baked good options available, but instead, we were presented a full meal. Drew's homemade granola was a great way to start the day, and the local quiche was very representative of Drew and Deb's familiarity with the area and desire to support local businesses. We had a great conversation with Drew who told us about several locations we might be interested in exploring during our remaining time in the area or for a future visit. We took his advice and stuck in the region for a few extra hours before making our way home, and all of his recommendations were spot on. If you're in need of local recommendations, I highly recommend asking - they are more than happy to help you make the most of your time in the area!

WOW....The breakfast....The host....The ambiance....The bed....The shower....The well-appointed room....The back yard....The town is quaint...Have breakfast or a glass of wine in the beautiful backyard...All described in one word....WOW !!!!
