The front staff was not as friendly, the room was stuffy with no complimentary water. The hotel doesn’t serve lunch or dinner and it doesn’t provide airport transfer. At some point I couldn’t gain access using the key card and the staff members were unwilling to assist. For the price they charge it is not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spotless hotel. Excellent service. Great value for money. Good wifi, great location. This hotel is brilliant, the management should be used to train other Southern Sun hotel staff. Every experience here is just impressive. Great aircon. Breakfast is decent.
