A great stay in Hilton. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Lovely hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff... pack a pair of ear-plugs though: the air-conditioning units are noisy outside and the constant humming makes for a disturbed night of sleep. We had a great stay (thankfully I travel prepared & had a set of ear plugs to help me sleep!) - our dinner was delicious, breakfasts were substantial and also tasty. Would recommend, but when booking ask to be in a room AWAY from the a/c outlets!

This is a lovely hotel, with well equipped rooms with friendly and polite staff. It’s perfectly located by the N3 and easy access to many sites to visit locally. Plenty of parking and nice gardens to enjoy. Breakfast has a wide choice and reasonably priced.

Hands down one of the best stays I have had anywhere in the world. The stunning new refurbishments, friendly and helpful staff and immaculate rooms have made this the best experience. I cannot wait to be back.

We had a very disappointing stay, I booked the hotel during a heatwave - looking for somewhere we could overnight with our two kids. We arrived in the afternoon to find the pool area is being renovated... We were not informed of this before booking. They have a second pool option but it is further from the hotel, and thus not as easy as sitting on the terrace and watching the kids swim. The aircon in our room was also broken and after two separate maintenance people tried to fix it we eventually moved - to a smaller room which made it feel like a downgrade. And then the aircon in the new room froze as well, there was obviously a problem with the whole floor but nobody picked it up. We just sweated through the night!! Not ideal in a heatwave, when you paying for a 4 star hotel. All in all a very average experience..

The room rates are what would be considered "expensive" in South Africa. The room I stayed in was in serious need of a makeover and beyond understanding, had no bedside lamps or a convenient plug. Bar service was very good. Restaurant service was quite amateurish.

Some places in the bathroom were not too clean. Also not enough towels, need extra towels placed in the bathroom. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.
