Large, child friendly, comfortable house "Antonia". In the centre of Marina di Pietrasanta, in a central position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: garden 150 m2 (fenced) flowers and trees, natural garden, swimming pool round, fenced (4 x 4 m, 4 m diameter, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 08.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house.
