It was decent. I did drop my towel for the pool and when I picked it up I saw it was moldy. I couldn’t see because the pool lights are dimmed. I hope it’s not to cover the mold, but I then got out the pool and left.

Room was okay. Bathroom is tiny. Idk if you can slide a piece of paper between the door and toilet. Certainly not enough room to dress when you have multiple people. Halls look like they haven't been vacuumed in a while. Desk staff was polite but cleaning syaff

The beds are very uncomfortable. The hotel is in a nice, convenient location. For the price it is great.

All around decent stay.
The room itself was a lot bigger than i imagined it would be. It looked like they were in the process of fixing the place up some, so I imagine it'll be even better the next time we stay. Just needs some updating is all.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The are is easy to get in to and out of. Close to everything you need. We would definitely stay again

Room was wonderful. Lost 1/2 star due to breakfast (wonderful selection with meat available). Will definitely stay here again!!!

Beds were not cleaned from prior guest
Both had dirty linens. Had to change myself at midnight. Could not even get a comforter just a blanket. Told them on eay out beds needed stripped next morning.....came back to one sheets clean but blanket and thin cover no comforter and you guessed other bed still made up dirty. Why am I paying for a bed I cannot sleep on???? Trash found on floor. One used band aid.

I have stayed here several times. It’s right off the parkway tucked back in so you don’t have all the noise of traffic all the time very clean and a wonderful staff

My stay was very nice and quiet the staff was great the two bedroom we was in was just enough room we liked that it's walking distance to Kroger's, restaurant, me and my family enjoyed our stay.will be going back again

Excellent staff and very affordable. Pool and hot tub nice and warm. Good clean accommodations at an affordable price. We had a room with hot tub and fireplace and everything worked as it should have. Will stay again.

This was a very nice place located in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Only complaint I might have is that there was no meat on breakfast buffet. Eggs but no meat.

It was another pleasant stay except for 2 things. Fridge in our room wasnt cooling and needed defrosting. Also the drink machine on 4th floor was completely out of sodas and took my money. Otherwise it was excellent.

Chose this room for the jetted tub & fireplace. The fireplace worked with a timer. Didn't find the timer for tub.

İt seems there's a heavy construction going on that starts at 9am. We need to start our drivings early. Regular hotel breakfast with smiling faces. Room was average. Yes! There's a pool but we couldn't get in as full of very VERY excited children. All the stuff was nice. Staying again? Don't know. Need to think about it. The main problem is the hotel construction seems to be done as a project of a 3rd grade. Faucets are so far that I couldn't wash my hands. The shower is strange. Handle is in the middle of standing place that nobody can fit. Let's see how the construction goes. Of I stay there again, that will be to check if how it all gone.
