On arrival, we were greeted in a professional and friendly way. Everything went smoothly until we wanted 2 sachets of sugar and water (which were not replaced when they serviced the room the previous day) on the day we checked out. According to Grace they do not supply refills on the day of check outs. This after four phone calls to house keeping and 2 to reception. Seriously, they can’t supply us with 2 measly sachets of sugar and a bottle of water? After explaining to Grace that it was not replaced the previous day, she said she didn’t know about our situation. I asked her if she checked the lists from the cleaners or even asked them? She just replied that it is all about stock taking and what not. I wanted to ask so how does the restaurant check the sugar sachets then if their concern was about stock? I asked her why she didn’t give us the benefit of the doubt and just gave the sugar? There must be guests who just don’t drink coffee in the morning? She failed to answer. I told her it was her job to follow up our request as she is the supervisor. (A cleaner came on the first night with handout chocolates and she used a checklist). Anyway. make sure your resources are filled up after cleaning. Another thing - free WiFi however does not cover the whole period from checkin until checkout. Our WiFi stopped working the night before checkout.

We had an amazing stay at Kwa Maritane! The rate included half board and two thrilling game drives. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Kwa Maritane for a perfect safari getaway.

Pode ser melhor Pelo preço esperava muito mais! A janta parece q fazem a comida sem graça pra ninguém comer muito. As sobremesas são lindas, mas sem gosto. Café da manhã até q é bom. Atendimento, com poucas exceções, fica bem a desejar. Staff nada simpático. Fizemos 4 safáris, dos big 5, só vimos os búfalos, rinocerontes e elefantes. Não vimos nenhum leão nem leopardo ou chitas. Os guias parecem q não se esforçam tanto para encontrar os animais mais difíceis.

Schöne Lodge, gut gelegen, tolles Angebot. Etwas schade finde ich, dass auf meine Nachricht mit einer Anfrage der inbegriffenen Leistungen nie geantwortet wurde. Im Nachhinein ist uns auch aufgefallen, dass wir ein kleineres Zimmer bekommen haben, als wir gebucht (und bezahlt! für 2 Nächte insgesamt 30€ mehr) haben. Das Essen war gut, der Service und die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter ebenfalls.

Supertolle Anlage und wunderbarer Aufenthalt Schönes Zimmer, grandioses Essen, tolle Lage und super Angebot. 2 von 3 Safaris waren lasch und in unseres Erachtens zu grossen Fahrzeugen. Das Hotel aber ganz toll. Wir fanden es sogar noch besser als erhofft.

Excellent séjour Séjour magnifique et ambiance magique dans cet hôtel où tout est fait pour nous servir Des safaris sont inclus dans le séjour ce qui nous permet d’aller à des endroits spécifiques pour y découvrir les « big 5 ». Vues, piscines et environnement superbes ! Les chambres sont propres, grandes et agréables !
