We checked in and had to leave immediately to make a social engagement and we arrived back to the hotel later that evening and went straight to bed. The next morning while getting ready to go out, it became obvious that the room was filthy. We had booked through ********** so we contacted them to voice our concerns. The representative contacted the hotel and was told the room met the required level of cleanliness. We sent photos to hotels. com to prove our dissatisfaction and were given $150 credit. We immediately secured alternate accommodation.
