五朵玫瑰住宿加早餐旅館(Five Roses Bed & Breakfast)

Dit jaar opnieuw naar de B&B van Flavia in Pisa. De B&B en de host zijn in één woord: super! Mooi ingericht, heel schoon, goede tips van Flavia, lekker ontbijt en centraal gelegen. Pisa was een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor onze uitstapjes, het meest verrassend was ons bezoek aan Pietrasanta.

Bed&Breakfast, en la principal calle comercial de Pisa( con Rtes. y tiendas. Lo regenta Flavia, la amabilidad en persona. Super limpio. Desayuno muy aceptable, que puedes pedir en la habitación, comedor, o en un patio súper agradable. Habitaciones muy amplías, con baño privado; la nuestra extra grande, y totalmente insonorizada del murmullo de la calle. TV plana con entrada HDMI donde pudimos conectar un FireStick y ver Netflix con nuestras claves de España. A 20 min andando de la Torre, y a 3 min de la estación de tren, que nos conectó con el aeropuerto, Florencia, Cinque Terre y Lucca de una forma comodísima. Gran elección.

Flávia é uma excelente anfitriã. Sempre sorridente e disponível. Prepara um café da manhã excelente, dando a opção do cliente escolher seus itens preferidos na noite anterior. O quarto e banheiro são muito espaçosos, o chuveiro é ótimo, a janela bloqueia todos os ruídos da rua e permite um sono tranquilo. Por fim, a localização não poderia ser melhor, a poucos metros da estação ferroviária.

Nos ha encantado el lugar, la tranquilidad, la comodidad de la cama, la amabilidad y atención de la anfitriona, la cercanía de los lugares emblemáticos, el desayuno de calidad en la terraza exterior...

Ottima posizione, ottima pulizia, letto comodo con 4 cuscini. La colazione viene preparata direttamente dalla proprietaria e scelta la sera prima, mangiato molto bene. Stanze ben insonorizzate vista la posizione sulla via principale dei negozi e bar. Comodo il servizio parcheggio fornito, al coperto e custodito. Non siamo riusciti a trovare aspetti negativi, CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!

A lovely welcome from Flavia awaits. Good communication pre stay, Flavia made sure she was there to meet us despite a late night arrival. Good instruction on the options to get to the accommodation from Pisa airport. The accommodation is well located, within 5 minute walk of Pisa Centrale Railway station, 1st floor above the shops on the main shopping street. Near plenty of eateries and within walking distance of all the main sites. Immaculately clean with everything you need for a city break, towels, toiletries, tea making facilities in the room. Bedding and towels changed daily and the room serviced daily. Plenty of choice for breakfast from boiled eggs to croissants to toast, yogurt, cheese, meat and plenty to drink etc with a wide ranging time slot. The only downfall if you are a light sleeper is the street can be noisy especially when the eateries are closing and opening with street furniture being dragged and moved and people shouting. We had to have the window open as it was warm when visiting which enhanced the street noise but we are good sleepers so didn't affect us. Maybe bring earplugs so you can sleep through the noise as the B & B is beautiful and a warm welcome awaits.

Our stay at Five Roses could not be bettered. Flavia was the most helpful of hosts, she went out of her way to look after us, and enabled us (both vegetarians) to enjoy meals at two excellent, traditional restaurants. She also advised us to visit some interesting sights we might not otherwise have visited. Our room, the Yellow Rose, was enormous and very comfortable. Flavia has refurbished these 17th century rooms in authentic, yet up to the date style. The window overlooked the street cafes, previously mentioned, but the soundproofing, once the window was shut, was 100%. The bathroom was also spacious and beautifully equipped and spotless. We slept well in the large bed, and the room (almost an apartment with seating and dining areas, kitchen sink, fridge, kettle, crockery etc) had good lighting, which is not always the case. You are able to choose in advance, from a wide range, whatever you want for your breakfast. Five Roses is heartily recommended.

We booked Five Roses on the back of other TA reviews so thank you everyone. Flavia is an absolute delight. She pointed out numerous places to visit with a map for us. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. Much better in reality than the photos actually. With sound proofed windows. To have breakfast in our room each morning was a nice surprise too. Fantastic continental breakfast spread. Bed was so comfy. We slept well! Great location just 5 mins walk from the train station. Would absolutely return. Thank you Flavia!

Excellent accommodation with an excellent host. Very clean, cosy and modern. Close to the train station easy access from there to the airport. Breakfast was very nice. Would go back and would highly recommend. 20-25 min walk to leaning tower but a nice walk with plenty to see.
