tres bien sirué, propre et au calme en plein centre historique de la villes avec tous les monuments et commodités à portée de main. La terrasse commune permet de profiter d'un espace vert agréable; mais il est possible d'avoir une terrasse privative

Perfect place to stay, very clean. 10 minutes from the tower of pisa by foot. In a good neighboor , around coffee shops and bars with locals. Close to the famous road , borgo stretto. Nice veranda. Everything was perfect.

Very clean room, comfy bed and as the Jasmine room was at the back of the flat it was very quiet. All amenities were available. Common area very well thought out and decorated with style. Great central location.

Nice big room and good bathroom, shower facilities. Gel and Shampoo provided. Very comfortable bed. Excellent Centre location for all sights and exploring, but beware two noisy bars directly underneath so if you want peace and quiet, dont book here. No breakfast provided although coffee was available in the communal kitchen. Owners very good comms via Whatsapp. Not sure wjat this would be like in the height of summer. It was pretty cool at night amd early mornings when we were there. Nice balcony too.

Great city centre location handy to explore everything on foot. Room was clean, tidy, spacious and secure. Can be a little noisy outside the room into the late evening. The addition of a balcony and seating outside makes for an added bonus to the room

Good sized room and bathroom. Could be cleaner - there was alot of flies squashed on the white walls. Not very good communication from host - was waiting outside the building for them to send self check in details. Not what you want affer travelling. Good location, right in the middle - east access to tower, train station and airport

Lati positivi: 1. Posizione ottima nel centro della città. 2. Comodità nella gestione del check-in e check-out. 3. Camera molto spaziosa, comoda, e pulita. 4. Bagno in camera (ce ne è solo una - mi pare sia quella chiamata Dafne - con bagno privato ma fuori dalla stanza). 5. Cucina in comune molto ben attrezzata, con caffè e te / fette biscottate e marmellata per la colazione (anche se potrebbero mettere qualcosina in più, visto il prezzo per notte). Lati negativi: 1. Camere poco insonorizzate, si sente appena qualcuno apre una porta all’interno dell’appartamento così come tutto quello che avviene nella piazzetta sotto il palazzo. 2. Pieno di zanzare, nonostante il periodo (anche se avevano messo a disposizione lo zampirone, che però non funzionava). 3. Non c’è parcheggio libero/convenzionato nelle vicinanze e non era chiaro se potevamo accedere o meno alla ZTL.

Prenotiamo attratti dalle belle foto… peccato che al nostro arrivo ci siamo resi conto della bravura si…del fotografo ma dalla “furbizia” dei proprietari…posto sporco quasi abbandonato…pieno di zanzare e puzzolente! Nessun appoggio nelle camere per le valigie, finestre alte che non si aprivano e dietro una tenda che nascondeva una finestra vecchia e desueta un cimitero di zanzare
