Awesome view surrounded by the hotel, friendly staff and the hotel is clean.

They charged for everything. Shower was dirty with hair on the shower wall. The water in the shower went from cold to hot after several long minutes. Then the water would go cold mid shower. The water pressure also completely shot out during the shower. The sheets on the bed had a stain. We called for house keeping while gone and all they did was make the bed. They did not change the sheets or take out any of the trash. All night long we could hear movement from outside of the room. We also attempted to use the on-demand feature on the TV which did not work. For the price of the stay this was not worth it. My family and I will not ever be coming back.

This is a Hilton in 2023, I was shocked the front desk staff was very arrogant & if you called guest services you're immediately put on hold. The rooms seem nice enough until you notice tge little bugs running around in the corners, the barndoor rails to the bathrooms are rusting, the hardwater stains on the shower head are a little disconcerting (great water pressure though), there was no bath soap in the shower soap dispenser so I had to call the front desk/guest services & immediately be asked to wait. The best part of the stay was the valet team (which by the way is the only parking option) they were fast & professional. As a Hilton Honors member I was greatly disappointed in the product put forth at this location.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. We were in a room facing the parking lot, and every morning a truck parked in front of our window, and began working on the hotel. The drilling and banging began around 6 am. After complaining, the staff did not offer any discount or any amenities for our inconvenience. It's as if they could care less. I will never stay there again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. We are in Pismo Beach every other week, and would rather stay at the Best Western for more than half the price.

Went to this hotel as I had a medical procedure scheduled on Monday. Check in was good. Got to the room and the lights would not stay on for longer than 10 minutes, the a/c would not change. We called the front desk that sent a gentleman up, he fixed the a/c part, but couldn’t repair all the lights. The heat lamps for taking a shower didn’t work at all and the bathroom light would still go off every 10 minutes or so. Actually took our phones in the bathroom with us so we could see if we needed light. Also went to get ice and water from the ice machine, the machine was leaking so much people were putting towels in front so we wouldn’t slip and fall, the water button wasn’t working at all, that left us to buy their water in the room at $3 bottle. Told the front desk as was checking out, he just said thank u for telling us. Never wrote anything down!! HIGHLY HIGHLY disappointed.

Excellent service from all services. Robert at the front desk, an engineer we met in the elevator,who immediately resolved an issue, breakfast staff, valet/bell, exceptional folks. Location to Pismo Pier and local sites is the best! A great stay.

Sehr schöner Ort , Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt, einzig die Klima war sehr laut und störend da ist noch Luft nach oben, bei der Kategorie erwarte ich mehr
