條件比較艱苦的一家酒店

需要一天從一些個人事務中撤退。非常情緒化，在 6 點左右登記了淋浴，出去吃飯，然後在 11 點左右回來。吃抓起另一把鑰匙去車上拿我的睡袋，門鑰匙不起作用。去前台，他們提前留下標誌説從凌晨 3 點到早上 7 點關閉 Libby。Asjed 人在車道上打電話給服務枱沒有接聽服務。不提供緊急維護或任何類型的號碼。宿舍洞察力是空的。我試圖撬開窗户，沒有運氣。不得不睡在我的車裡，沒有毯子沒有電話。早上前台打電話給管理層，他們會做的就是退還第三者的錢，我問他們是否可以給我一個晚上的房間，因為我在車裡衹睡了 2 個小時，甚至不會這樣做。在前台已經提出給我一個房間後，他們試圖撒謊説他們已經滿了。那是週末，是雙倍的，所以他們不想浪費錢來照顧他們在寒冷中遺漏的客户。 房間很臟，咖啡機頂上的咖啡還是濕的。在寒冷黑暗的停車場裏，沒有任何形式的安全和對女性的關心，但他們重視客户的安全。嗯嗯

Great place yo stay

Monica at front desk was very nice and professional. The room itself was not as nice. There was a weird moldy smell and the bathroom towels are worn and old looking. But I guess this is what $87 will get you for a night stay near pismo beach pier.

We have stayed here many,many times over the last 25 yrs. Loved the property always enjoying frindly desk service,great continental's breakfast, heated pool and hot tub. This stay not acceptable on any level. No hot water, pool area closed, no breakfast items. Front desk couldnt even allow late check out though literally the hotel is empty of guest. They dont inform you of any of this until your checked in. It was shocking.Ice cold water in the winter.?? Hot water not working! So decieving.

Our stay was great as always, Monica the Hotel attendant who got me checked in was very polite and helpful, I can’t wait to plan the next stay there!

Nice quiet location close to shopping and dining options. Just minutes drive to pismo beach.

While the hotel, and the room itself, had a very recent remodel and was very clean and nice, the hotel's WiFi was terrible and TV only provided streaming services where you had to use your own account.

We have stayed here same time last year we loved the pool it was heated and everything but this time it was getting remodeled, ok that’s fine but when we got to the room we THOUGHT everything was fine at first until it was time to shower the water was FREEZING cold, I had layed down was fixing the pillows THERE WAS BLOOD ON THE PILLOWS so that was the last straw. I went to the front desk told him about the shower he said “it’s an old building you have to just run the sink” and for the blood on the pillow he literally just took the pillow and wrote a note . He was RUDE ! I’ve honestly never complained about any hotel but this one was just wow … very disappointing.

I like staying here because the staff is nice, the rooms are basic for the affordable price, but the construction sometimes is quite the inconvenience. Knowing it advance the pools aren’t available would be nice to know. Rooms look updates but the craftsmanship is a bit messy. Our towel hanger fell off when I went to dry my hands. Like how? Anyways. Since they can’t offer breakfast right now their morning breakfast bags are decent. Overall a 3/5. It’s the price for the location and amenities.
