We've stayed at SeaVenture numerous times, it's actually our favorite hotels in Pismo due to the locarion, ocean views and hot tubs on the balconies. The hotel is getting older and sometimes when we walk through the halls, it has a weird muggy smell. Also only having one elevator for guests and a busy restaurant on the top floor, makes getting anywhere incredibly time consuming. We always spend too much time waiting for the elevator and opt to use the stairs when we can. Our room had some maintenance issues. The wall-mounted lotion bottle was barely hanging on because the paint underneath was peeling and separated from the wall. Overall, the stay was a bit on the disappointing side for the price and convenience.

We were greeted by two of the friendliest staff members. Pat and Tommy. They were great about giving us recommendations on different places to eat, and always remembered us whenever we walked by the front desk.

There was no coffee available unless you ordered it the night before. I will not use the nasty coffee maker in the room. Also lack USB ports for charging devices. Last but not the least, the bathroom floor was dirty, dried blood or something nasty. Bottom line line, there are better places to stay in Pismo.

You promised “the total bill is here. No extra fees” I got hit with a resort fee at check in. Never with your outfit again😡

Wunderbares Hotel am Strand, selbst seitlicher Meerblick ist richtig schön

We stayed for our 11year wedding anniversary just getting home and it was really nice!!! The views were great and being right on the beach was perfect!!! They give chairs and towels during the stay for on the beach. The staff were always so nice and welcoming even the cleaning crew. Definitely recommend!!! I just had to fill out a form because I left some items and they are sending them to me thank god!!!! Hoping to receive those in the next few days but we’d definitely book again.

Close to the beach. Beautiful view. Friendly staff. Clean hot tub on the balcony . Room was very clean.

Beautiful hotel and room. Great to have the secure covered parking structure and amazing front staff!
