Wir hatten wunderschöne Zimmer in den neuen, angebauten Lodges mit Terrasse. Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte, ist dass die Zimmer sehr warm sind und man nicht richtig lüften kann. Es gibt nur die Glas-Türe und ein Kippfenster im hinteren Bereich. Das Essen im Restaurant 1892 ist hervorragend und auch das Frühstücksmenü lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir genossen einen Ruhetag im Spa und der Umgebung. Alle Bereiche sind sehr gut Rollstuhlgängig. Es gibt 1 spezielles rollstuhlgängiges Zimmer, das wir leider nicht vorbestellt hatten. Aber man war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns ein passendes Zimmer ebenerdig zur Verfügung gestellt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

I've never given a negative review for a property, and feel terrible doing it now. That said, I feel like it's my responsibility to let others know that you will not get what you pay for at this hotel. It is definitely not 5-star. First, the positives: The location on the lake is beautiful, and we enjoyed the adjacent walking trail, proximity to the village, and gorgeous views from the lounge and restaurant. In general, I feel like the staff want to be helpful, and David genuinely tried. We liked having the spa, but I'll write more about that. Breakfast was outstanding, even though the service was lacking. Negatives: Quite simply, this hotel is understaffed. Most seemed pleasant, but stressed and unable to fully do their job. Don't expect a concierge or any real help... They either don't know the answers to questions or don't have the time. The spa was nice to have on-site, but one of the hot tubs was always lukewarm or fully drained/empty. We had a Woodland Suite and the room was very dated and SUPER loud. We could hear absolutely everything in the hallway and the TV from the room next to us. Our coffee maker was broken and didn't get fixed or replaced over our three nights there. The bathroom smelled like urine. When we made a complaint about the noise on our first evening, we were told a manager would be advised. No one ever followed up with us. This hotel has great potential and may be the best in the area. It's just not worth the price and definitely not 5-star.

Nous avions une chambre hors de prix a plus de 550€/nuit au nez de chaussée, vue parking avec isolation mediocre vers la chambre du dessus où l'on entendait tout. Même prix que si nous avions eu une chambre vue lac!!! Malgré notre mécontentement nous n'avons eu aucun geste commercial de la part de la direction

Room lovely but not 5 star experience Booking for afternoon tea for friends not available despite following instructions on their website. Very embarrassing and disappointing for two children in my party. Cobwebs in room. WiFi didn’t work in penthouse and not able to fix. Service was sporadic. Breakfast on second day took around 50 minutes and was very average quality. Not a five star experience. I’ve shared comments with hotel in advance and given a chance to respond. They haven’t. Wouldn’t stay again. Lovely property but needs more/ better trained stafff. Concierge was lovely and only person who appeared to care

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was very nice. One thing that did stand out unfortunately was the temperature in the dining area. It was very very cold when we were having our meal. Although I didn’t sit with my coat on there were some other guests that did
