Beautiful rooms led lighting in bedrooms rooftop basketball court giant chess board Walls were little dirty When checking in $250 deposit!! Didn’t know abt still waiting for the hold to lift from card ! Told it would be next day when checking out double checked abt hold on cc and got told 3-5 days ??? Over all beautiful place

Very spacious and good value. Full sized kitchen! Liked the game room amenities Walkable safe area. Great location - proximity to Steelers and Pirates stadiums and Carnegie science center and short drive to Natural History museum. Friendly staff. Wish fire pits and gas grills on rooftop worked and that the TVs had app integration (just Xfinity channels and programming). Stairwells needed cleaning - some trash and even pet waste.

The Property is very unique and provided amazing experience of Pittsburgh Downtown area. I have booked studio Apartment and I got everything including kitchen appliances, accessories, utensils, Dishwasher and hence it was pretty good time I spend with my room. I am highly recommending this property if you want relaxed, comfortable, and luxury experience in Downtown of Pittsburgh. Rather than any other properties in the area this one is more modern, and with home like experience. They also offer gym, Spa and other services to keep you feel comfortable in the property. The rooftop is really awesome and worth to explore. Overall 5 Star for making my stay memorable.

The property was beautiful, warm and inviting. It is in a safe neighborhood. We loved the surrounding area. Very walkable with many great restaurants. There's a Rite-aid, gym, game room, rooftop deck and parking garage in the building. We had a beautiful view of market square and holiday lights.The staff was kind and professional. The bathroom floor and oven vent hood were filthy but not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay there again. We loved it!!

Hotel canceled our stay the day before we arrived. We were not notified until we arrived at the front desk. They did nothing to help find us find a new hotel and we were stranded in Pittsburgh. ******* later gave us a refund but I will NEVER go back to that hotel. Was extremely disrespectful to do this to people who payed a high price for the stay.

The Etage was a wonderful stay. The room was amazing and super spacious! It had everything we needed and didn’t know we needed lolol. The bedding was perfect! It felt so comfortable in the bed and the shower was so soothing. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating . They allowed us to check in early as we had a long drive into town to get there. They did not bother us or bug us for checking out. We had a wonderful stay at and the Etage has now became our go-to spot for when we visit Pittsburgh!

Awful wifi. It rarely worked in our room. The rug in the living room was quite dirty and matted. The small couch had stains on it as well. The beds we’re comfortable, however.

Steve was incredible! We’ve stayed here twice and my kids love it. It’s a great location and very clean. Highly recommend!

Best hotel stay in years!- This is the way to go from now on for me. The room was immaculate; I couldn't find anything wrong.
