匹茲堡北岸萬豪SpringHill Suites 酒店(SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh North Shore)

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast was decent, but not great. The location is fantastic if you're in town for a ballgame. However, my room was at the very north end of the hotel near the highway and the road noises at night was pretty bad/loud due to the elevated roadway. The reason for my terrible rating on cleanliness is that when I turned down my sheets, I had black flecks of something all in my sheets, as well as a long dark hair under the top sheet I could see. Additionally, I had some sort of dead bug on my side table. It looked like potentially a bed bug, so I didn't get much sleep the only night I was there. I'd recommend this hotel to stay at with a few caveats of asking for a room on the south end of the hotel as well as checking your sheets as soon as you get into your room.

喜歡匹茲堡，但我們住的飯店還不錯。淋浴噴頭不停地漏水，廁所沖水困難，我們飯店房間的電話無法使用，無法打電話給前台。不得不問了 3 次，總共花了 2 個小時才拿到折疊沙發上的床單和毛巾。當我們試圖結帳並添加我的萬豪會員 ID 時，前台服務員正在前面的沙發上睡覺（我們登記入住時我忘記了）

我和我最好的朋友總是去匹茲堡聽音樂會。這是我們第一次入住這個設施。當我們到達辦理入住手續時，辦理入住手續的女士一點也不友善。我們告訴他們我們是去那裡聽音樂會並詢問班車的情況。一位接待員告訴我們，他們沒有音樂會，我們出示了門票，接待員說班車不去那裡，但我們可以步行2 個街區去那裡乘火車。（對於住在他們設施的人來說不是很有幫助）。到達我們的房間，三個男人從我們的房間出來進行房間檢查，我們向他們詢問音樂會和/或火車的方向，一位男士說我們可以讓班車送你，他會在前台安排。我們準備好，去吃飯（我們沒有在酒店的餐廳吃飯）回來後去前台要求我們的班車去音樂會，我們在外面等，紳士出現了，散發著********的臭味，並且迷失了我的朋友不想和他一起去的地方，我向她保證我們會沒事的，他們是我們兩個人，那位紳士努力打開航天飛機門，我們上了航天飛機，我們告訴他我們要去音樂會，他粗魯地說他不能帶我們去音樂會，他可以讓我們在距離音樂會兩個街區的地方下車，他在紅綠燈處讓我們下車並說下車，我的朋友好幾次問他我們要去哪裡他指著街道說，我告訴我的朋友出去，我們會問別人。最後我不會再入住這個設施，也不會推薦給任何人

The continental breakfast was amazing! They offered hot oatmeal with different toppings, turkey sausage and there were 2 waffle makers. Most hotels do not have variety like this one. The staff was friendly and they offer shuttle bus service to PPG Paint Arena.

Great location in downtown Pittsburgh--right across the street from PNC Field. Room was contemporary styled and clean, with comfortable beds and room amenities. (Hot water could have been hotter.) Good (not great) continental breakfast in lobby every morning. The attached SoHo restaurant looks like it's worth trying. Will dine there next time I'm in town.

Really shocked that a Marriott would allow the shower curtain, while hanging, touch the toilet bowl. Try using toilet without the curtain getting in the way- touching you while you do your business. Not acceptable. If you really care, have a human reading this, and want photo- I have 2 for you.
