House keeping was very helpful & nice. The shuttle van was an absolute blessing. It was so wonderful to have help to navigate the small area it covers (to know the area a little better) the driver was a pleasure & SOOOOOO wonderful with us. I will definitely book again with this specific hotel due to the shuttle van & wonderful staff.. thank you all.

Staff was super friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean and well appointed, excellent location with several dinner options within walking distance. Will use this as my go-to when in PGH for business.

Simple, nice and clean, just what you need for a good price. Staff was nice! Many options for the continental breakfast. Just a warning, if you aren't familiar with the city there is a train that goes right next to the building. So if your room is closest to that side or in our situation the window on the end you might enjoy the view but also get a little wake up in the middle of the night/early morning. Train came by 4 times on night and then 2 times the other (630am!). But if you are a morning person or can get back to sleep you dont have any worries. The area is very safe with a little 3 mile trail to walk along the river. Aldi is a few blocks down the street and also a Rite-Aid if you forgot anything. Small little food restaurants too. Parking onsite, they said it was $20 a night. This wasnt mentioned on **********.

Every single part of my stay from start to finish was completely stress free. I felt welcome by staff who were all happy to answer any questions I had. The environment was extremely accommodating and peaceful.

The staff is very friendly and the location was better than expected. The only downside is it’s right next to train tracks which woke me up a few times overnight. It’s a quick walk to attractions/ dining off Carson st.

Clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and efficient. Continental breakfast was nicely presented and had a variety of breakfast choices.

I rented a room at this hotel for my kids to swim because we have been cooped up in the house. I called to confirm the pool was open at this location and was told that the was open. The pool was open however the heater was broke and the water and the room were freezing cold. The room was decent for the price but if you wanted to swim....forget it.

Very clean room! Quiet and well located for us to head to Ohio. Decent breakfast! Excellent staff!
