匹茲堡萬麗酒店(Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel)

Beautiful and spacious corner room overlooking the bridge and arch of the building. Loved the fact that the room had very high ceilings. Bed was very comfortable. Bring your own water as they charge $5 for a small bottle of water. Nice Aveda hair products (shampoo & conditioner). Has a fridge and desk. Cleanliness dropped a star due finding hair in the bathroom upon check in. Shower water pressure and temperature was excellent! Would stay here again for the price!!

Cob webs were all over the drapes and ceiling. There was construction that started at 5.30am, outside that woke us up with the sound and vibration. Management delivered ear plugs... I can't believe I paid the same amount of money for the hotel stay as someone who got to sleep thru the morning without ear plugs.

下午 5 點房間還沒準備好，替代房間不是很乾淨，沒有便利設施，一瓶水 5 美元，而房間每晚 350 美元？沒有安全攝像頭，代客泊車實際上與我爭論，因為他認為我應該自己停車（？！），而且 11 樓的窗戶沒有安全功能並且沒有上鎖……我帶著一個小孩。床墊很軟，又舊又破，容易散開。附近沒有客房服務或食物。相當令人失望。

這是一家美麗的酒店。房間很寬敞而且很乾淨。我們住在那裡是為了參加 PNC 的一場音樂會，非常方便。唯一的缺點是只有三部電梯，而且我們在那裡時只有兩部在工作。由於演唱會當晚人太多，我們只好排隊等電梯。我們不必等太久，但我真希望能有更多。總的來說，這是一家很棒的酒店，工作人員非常友好，我們肯定會再次住在那裡。

當我們打開淋浴時，水溫設定得太熱。另外，控制溫度的旋鈕壞了，我們必須讓內部水管工來修理它。一旦我把水調到可以忍受的溫度，因為旋鈕壞了，水又變熱了，我不得不走出淋浴間把它關掉，因為水太熱了。我們住在608號房。 好的一點是，房間很華麗，景色優美，工作人員專業有禮貌。

For $300 a night, I expected a lot more! The AC did not work, so I ended up waking up several times throughout the night. The shower was pathetic. The growth behind the faucet on the sink was disturbing. The fridge was nice and hidden, but really, for $300 I can't get a $50 microwave to heat my left over food since breakfast during the week is apparently only available at the crack of dawn. Will definitely not recommend or stay there again. I've had better experiences from $90 hotels. The ONLY plus was the attached bar, and even it closed at midnight. It was supposed to be a nice semi luxurious and spontaneous date night out of town for the wife's birthday.... the highlight was the food at Eddie Merlot's, the hotel stay (even considering you're unconscious most of the stay) was the low point!

Motel staff was very friendly. The room was a nice size and had an awesome view. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food was delicious and service was topnotch.

We could not use the shower it was broken and they would not refund any monies as it was booked thru ******* they said as a third party
