匹茲堡北岸舒適套房酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites Pittsburgh-Northshore)

Really good location, just a few minutes walk from a very nice part of town. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with lovely amenities, including a pool and gym. Breakfast was generous although missing some bits, we were very happy. The room itself was very comfy and although the bedding wasn’t the nicest, it was very clean. I will say the area itself felt a little sketchy at night and we were concerned about the car, but all was fine. It was very different by day!

Two big things wrong. I came from out of town with work stuff and they said the internet isn’t working and won’t be. That stinks. Then when the pullout mattress came out the sheet on it had a stain that looked to be blood or something the color of blood. The facilities and staff were nice I just expected to get something better for the price.

We stayed at the Comfort inn for a 2 nigh vacation in Pittsburgh. On arrival our room did not have any internet access. The staff would not change our room or call anyone to fix it. The 2nd day I followed up with the Manager and he said if he gave a discount to me for no internet he would have to do it for everyone as it was "spotty" And don't believe in the hot breakfast that is only sometimes. The hotel chooses to serve a good breakfast only when they are full. When I asked for a late check out the manager said he could not do it as it would mean keeping cleaning staff longer. They really don't care about their guest here.

The staff was very nice and there is a bar about a 60 second walk from hotel. The negatives. There was a leftover wash cloth left on the shower head. Shower was luke warm and not hot. No wifi available on 11/3 stay. Breakfast buffet on 11/5 was pretty bad. Breakfast staff on 11/5 was very nice as was 11/3 check in person. Not worth the $225 a night, but like the proximity to downtown.

The hotel was clean and mattress was comfortable. The heater worked very well with own thermostat. The breakfast was not impressive and there are additional small charges like AC occupancy tax $6.10, parking tax $3.26 per night which I was not aware of at the time of booking.

Property location was perfect for where we had to go, BUT!!!! Room was not the best. Lots of drywall patches not painted, no fan in the bathroom. WiFi was down for our entire stay. Breakfast was very good and staff super friendly.

Water main broke shortly before I arrived, so I couldn't stay there. They arranged a stay at another lodging, OK but much farther from where I wanted to be. Apparently this water problem has occurred before, and the property is less than four years old. AVOID!

The lady who provided the shuttle service to the steelers game was outstanding and a great person!!! I would highly recommend this hotel and their shuttle service to and from the game!!! Best of all the shuttle service was outstanding and free of charge besides a tip for her service!!!

The room was very nice. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good. And we went to a Steelers game and the shuttle service was fantastic. The drivers name escapes me but she was wonderful
