匹茲堡北海岸凱悦嘉軒酒店(Hyatt Place Pittsburgh North Shore)

We have been on a 8 Day Rd. trip, making Pittsburgh, one of our stops as we will be coming there in the fall for a football game with 40 other people. Your location is great. Your staff are horrible not very attentive to customers lots of chitchat and joking behind the counter in the morning when we were getting food, they were allowing outdoor people coming in to get food and budding in line of customers. As for the food you were one of six hotels we have stayed at in the last two months and the food quality was horrifying, the employees talking in the bike area, chitchatting laughing picking up the food with their hands. Disgusting. We were a palled we didn’t even eat .

Excellent hotel. My family and I stayed here to see a Pirates game. The home is in a fantastic location. We were able to take a walking tour and see most of the city. The area around the hotel and stadiums is very nice and there are tons of dining options within walking distance. Parking is extra but it is worth it. It is self parking in a lot not a deck and you can easily come and go. A nice surprise for us was the sofa bed. We took three kids and we’re worried one kid might have to sleep on an air mattress. We are looking forward to our next trip to Pittsburgh and we will definitely stay here again.

Pretty meh. Staff wasn't friendly and took forever to sell us drinks from the convenient store. Rented a movie which stated we had 48 hours to watch it, but then it was unavailable just a few hours later. The cable tv was unreliable and would often lose signal. The room shower had brown mold in the crevices, hair, and the coffee maker was sticky. If I'm back in Pittsburgh, I'll stay elsewhere.

The room we stayed in obviously was not cleaned properly, had stains on the sheets , a tampon left on the floor. The shower head is covered in rust and the floor had dried pee on it. Not to mention the fact I had hair in my breakfast. Not impressed.

Nice hotel and great location to PNC park. The breakfast that was provided was not great. The fruit was not fresh and the staff kept running out of items since it was a busy weekend.

The floor we were placed in smelled from a leak. The first room we were placed in had a broken tv and it took them about 30-45 minutes to send someone up just to tell us it was broken. They moved us to a room down the hall that had a broken toilet then but we were already running behind from having to pack up all our stuff and was gonna be late to our event so we didn’t have time to move rooms again. When we told the from desk about the toilet in our new room they just said okay and didn’t seem like they cared or apologize.

One of the best locations in Pittsburgh. Walkable to point park, stadium and science center. Hotel is maintained well.
