Nice property. Friendly staff. One complaint is that we came into the room late at night 1:00 am and received a complaint roughly 5 minutes after check in for being loud. We were in no way louder than a normal person coming into a room and getting to bed right away. Staff saw that we had 4 children listed and the hotel was at no more than 30 percent capacity based on cars in the lot. They could have put us in a room not near others. Otherwise, great! Food was great too.

Wanted somewhere comfortable and quiet to stay and explore the city, lots of beautiful places nearby and found a hourly rental hot tub spa (Oasis) less than a mile away so worth the time to relax and enjoy

The quality is ok for a 3-star hotel. I booked 2 rooms but when I arrived, they couldn't give me 2 rooms that are next to each other. The agent said they didn't know the 2 rooms were reserved by the same family. I made the reservations on ******* in a single transaction. So I don't know where the miscommunication was. Also, we went during the weekend college students move-in week and so we were charged for a Hyatt price for a 3-star quality hotel.

My husband and I enjoyed this hotel it was clean and quiet. I thought the bed was comfortable but my husband didnt he slept horribly so we left early. Other than that it was great .

Front desk staff is so helpful and friendly. We love this hotel and the team. We stay here every time we are in Ann Arbor.

Add said pet friendly. Not so. Cost me 75$ extra to go to another hotel. So far a hassle to get a refund. Not a nice guy at the desk. Unfriendly.

We had a great stay at this Holiday Inn. The staff went out of their way to make it nice! The breakfast options were super. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Easy drive to University of Michigan right up State Street that runs through the center of the campus.
