The apartment is on the first floor of a two-story villa. It has a large terrace for exclusive use with sea view and has direct access to the beach which is only a few steps away. It has a second terrace closer to the sea with a large warehouse for bathing facilities and a barbeque and a third terrace even closer to the sea with a shower and a garden.The apartment, of about 100 square meters, consists of the following rooms: a living / dining room (sea view) with flat-screen TV, sofas, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine , dishwasher, fridge with freezer; a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom; a second bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and a private bathroom; a third bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and a private bathroom. About 2 km from the historic center of Pizzo (VV), reachable by the A2 motorway, Lamezia airport, Vibo-Pizzo and Lamezia railway stations, within a private road closed by a lifting bar that guarantees availability of parking spaces. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached villa directly by the sea which can be accessed via a few steps. It has a large equipped terrace, a storage room for bathing equipment, a terrace with barbecue and a terrace with outdoor shower.The house has been recently renovated in Mediterranean style with Vietri ceramics and furnished simply but complete with everything: including color TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with a large oven (90 cm), a large hob and a microwave.The rooms are three each with two beds, two can also be double.
