紅狼旅館奧林匹克山谷(Red Wolf Lodge at Olympic Valley)

First, the location is excellent. Just a short walk from the village and some lifts. On the other hand, customer service was very poor. They were under major balcony construction from 8:00 - 5:00 during my entire stay, and was not given the chance to either reschedule or change rooms for the "inconvenience". Then they had the audacity to charge me for a lost ski locker key after being explicitly told that I could leave the keys in the room on check out. I did so in a very clear and open spot, but after two weeks of "investigating" nothing was resolved. Everything was nice, but the service was sadly very poor

Prime location in beautiful Olympic Valley (Lake Tahoe), especially for skiers. Comfortably furnished units with lots of amenities including free bike use for the many bike trails in the area. The facility is older but well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I cancelled this reservation on august 14, 2023, but the cancellation did not go through so I was still charged for the room that we did not use. no one has been able to help us.

Auténtico ski-in ski-out.

Excellent location for a ski-in ski-out stay at Palisades. At heart of the village and easy parking. Nice room with kitchen and access to laundry and club house. Would come back again for sure.

Perfect location! Stayed with my two daughters in a one bedroom - we had plenty of room

although it is a short stay away from the regular busy work, our family really enjoyed the time spent in Olympic valley. The resort is quite small, but provides anything we need. (Free laundry service and welcome breakfast is a surprising). My 80 year old mom loved the spa and foosball. we will definitely visit it again.

Cameron was proactive and texted me prior to our arrival and gave me all the information I needed. We were planning a very long hike in the area, so we wanted to get to the area the night before. That meant we got to the lodge after hours, and left before the office opened. Cameron made the very short stay effortless by communicating very clearly and giving great instructions.
